- Claudia (4/5): Nice flat, but broken heating in the bedrooms was a problem. - The apartment is large and airy and well appointed. The property was clean and the check-in/out process was easy. The heating in two of the three bedrooms did not work on the first night, despite outside temperatures of minus 4 degrees. After office hours, we could only contact the host via Booking.com Customer Services, as the emergency contact option did not function. The host tried to resolve the issue that night, but this did not happen. One bedroom was fixed the following morning, and only after further contact was a small portable heater provided for the main bedroom. As a result, one of our group caught a cold. This had a negative impact on our stay. Adequate heating in winter is essential.

- Karina (10/5): Comfortable, well equipped flat in a central location. - The apartment was super clean and well equipped with quality appliances and was spacious and comfortable. The location was a nice neighbourhood and very central. It was easy to get around using public transport. There was nothing I disliked about the apartment, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to add egg cups and some larger cups/ mugs to the existing crockery available.
