• GIUSEPPE (8/5): Un soggiorno positivo - Casa in una via tranquilla,contesto tranquillo e familiare. Spaziosa e fornita del necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno a Londra. Posizione vicina a metro e treno (5minuti a piedi)per raggiungere il centro. All'ultimo piano di un condominio con vista su un Bellissimo salice. Ricordo che non c'è ascensore e quindi può essere faticoso per chi presenta difficoltà di ambulazione, ma a noi è andato bene lo stesso. Gli asciugamani si trovano all'interno di un armadio in corridoio,un pochino spaiati. C'è la lavatrice ma non la lavastoviglie. Il contesto rilassante ha reso tutto molto positivo
• Alessandrw (8/5): - La padrona di casa è dolcissima e molto accogliente. L’appartamento era pulitissimo ed estremamente fornito: si percepisce subito l’esperienza della proprietaria nell’ospitalità, perché non manca davvero nulla. La casa non si trova in pieno centro, ma è molto vicina alla metro e comoda a supermercati e ristoranti. Consigliatissima! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

They waited for us as we arrived late at night and had left various stuff for our breakfast. The place is spacious, clean, quiet, has comfortable beds, and feels like home.
• Olav Gaute (8/5): Fin, praktisk leilighet i roleg område - Store rom, reint og passe for 3-4 personar i nokre dagar. Fin utsikt. Kort veg til undergrunnsbanen og til små butikkar og restaurantar. Roleg område. Oppvaskmaskin ville vore fint. Fleire møblar kunne gjort det koselegare i stova. Men generelt svært bra!

• Debra (8/5): - Apartment close to Bounds Green tube station. Good area, residential. Tranquil. , short walk take ways and a shop open till midnight. Handy when you have been sightseeing all day. Attractive Flat clean and comfortable with plenty hot water. Small negative was 3 flights of stairs but otherwise perfect. We enjoyed staying there . Host Lily very welcoming.
• Attila (10/5): - Nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt kényelmes lakás. Nagyon kedves, korrekt tulajdonos. Könnyű a megközelítés. Metroval hamar elérhető a belváros. Ha visszajövők Londonba, szeretnék ide foglalni helyet. Jó a környék!! Minden tetszett

• Franziska (10/5): Sehr gerne wieder, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. - Wir wurden bei der Ankunft direkt mit dem Schlüssel erwartet. Über verschiedene Begrüßungssnacks wie Kekse (für Erwachsene und Kinder, sowie Kaffee und Croissants) haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend, die Couch zum Schlafen sehr gut. Die Nähe zu U-Bahn und Bahnhof waren ideal und wir konnten die Zeit in London sehr genießen. Parken ist etwas schwierig, da man zwischen 10 und 12 Uhr vormittags nicht vor dem Haus parken darf. Glücklicherweise kann man aber in der Nebenstraße parken. Wofür die Unterkunft nichts kann war der Streik der U-Bahnen über die ganze Woche. Da jedoch der Bahnhof auch fußläufig einfach erreichbar ist, ist die Ausweichmöglichkeit gegeben.
• Andrea (8/5): Great for a longer stay for small groups esp. if wanting to cook, wash clothes and relax in between. - The location was good; about 30 mins outside central London on the Piccadilly Line (boarder of Zone 3&4) - this needs to be factored into the costs when considering travel options. The 'penthouse' apartment (3rd storey) is true to the pictures on Booking.com. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee plunger and plenty of cutlery and crockery. We had a lovely breeze come through each evening thanks to the many windows. The view was lovely - suburban (mostly quiet at night) and very green. Tip: Stop off at the Olive Brunch (1 Turnpike Parade, directly on the corner of the Tube Station Turnpike) for an English Breakfast before you start your day of sightseeing. The meals were well priced, the food was fabulous and the service was great. The stairwell in the building had a very 'off' smell. Perhaps this was more pronounced as we travelled in the height of summer. A picture of the outside of the building would have been helpful when trying to locate the accommodation on the first night.

The flat is bright and airy and you get a real sense of space, rooms large, had all the modcons, fully equipped kitchen, beds comfortable, great views from the windows. Excellent connection from Eurostar and into London. Warm welcome from the host, what more can you ask for? Everything was top-notch! Can't think of anything

• Monica (10/5): Wonderful! Beyond expectations! - Highly recommended flat! I rented it for four nights for the birth of my nephew, but I would have stayed at least a whole month! Although from the outside the apartment building might not give a great impression, the flat exceeded our expectations and so did the host, who is very kind and always helpful. The house is very nice, cosy and really spacious. It is well maintained, bright, with a very nice choice of furniture and colors and a beautiful view. It is equipped with many appliances, from the kettle to the fryer, from the microwave oven to the hairdryer. On the evening of our arrival we found a basket with coffee, biscuits and snacks, and a juice in the fridge. We were able to have family dinners in the spacious living room and we also found a large basket with children's toys and many books suitable for my five-year-old nephew. In addition, the Bounds Green underground station (Piccadilly Line) is very close by, and there are cafes, restaurants and grocery shops within a few minutes' walk. This flat was perfect to make our family reunion a wonderful experience! I have only positive comments. Even the weather was unexpectedly sunny!

The apartment had everything one might need: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, washing machine, french press, cooking utensils, a living room with smart TV, comfortable beds. The apartment is just a minute's walk away from Bounds green tube station and you can reach the center of London in just half an hour. Parking is free and very close to the apartment. Lily, the host, was very lovely and gave us a lot of information about the place and parking specifications well before our arrival and kept in touch with us during our stay. Check in and check out were very easy. I recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if I were to come back to London. Nothing bad to say
• Wiebe (10/5): Perfect stay with 2 bedrooms - The flat was perfect for our purpose: the two bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, spacious living room. Perfect TV and WiFi. It was very clean. Possibility to park in front of the flat and nearby charging option. Even a generous welcome basket, which made us feel like coming home! Perfect communication. Because of parking restrictions between 10 and 12 on weekdays we had to park elsewhere a few times. Parking around the corner during those times required quite a detour due to roadblock.
• Liam (10/5): The perfect trip - would 100% stay again - Clean / spacious / really comfortable - just a 5 minute walk from the tube - hosts were friendly and met us on arrival and made sure we were happy throughout. No problems at all - Wi-Fi excellent / couldn’t ask for a better , quiet place to stay in London - we both loved it and would definitely go back again. Everything is close by. Can’t fault it at all.

Kitchen fully equipped. Short walk from flat to underground station, several shops nearby. Quiet area. Bathroom needs some improvment, apart from that great place.

• Maya (8/5): Great flat! - The appartment was great, for kids as well, the host was very very nice and helpful It is quite easy and fast to travel by Underground to the center of London, but it is very costly because of the distance
• Mohammed (10/5): Gem of a place, perfect location for London tourist sights, easy journey into central London - We had a fantastic stay at this property! Its bright and really spacious with big windows in every room and loads of natural light. Even the shower room had a lovely skylight. The interiors are very tasteful too. We came for a quick weekend, had dinner and watched a show in Covent Garden, saw loads of the famous tourist sights, London Eye, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, Harrods in Knightsbridge was a direct train to the flat! We even tried the red Boris Bikes around Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, so cheap and so much fun! The connections into central London from this flat were absolutely brilliant! The tube station is only a 2min walk away and we were in London within a short time. We found we could switch to Victoria Line between Finsbury Park and Kings Cross which made the journey into central London even faster. When you're doing lots of sightseeing, you get tired and what you want is a comfortable place to come back to. The flat had everything we could possibly need, airfryer, toaster for hot toast, even laundry detergent for the washing machine. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was modern and well equipped, it was absolutely spotless as well. Bedding smelt wonderful, views from the windows were uplifting. It gave us a feeling of tranquility and calm and we loved this aspect. The flat itself is on the third floor, 3 flights which were easily doable. We went for a walk around Alexander Palace Farmers Market in the morning, which is only a few minutes away, what a stunning Victorian structure and a beautiful park, I'd recommend visiting. All in all, this place is a gem and worth every penny, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lily the host is warm, friendly and helpful and we can't wait to come back next summer. We loved it, couldn't fault it if I'm honest. We didn't bump into King Charles III, but I guess you can't have everything!
• Fabio (9/5): The care and kindness of the host are reflected in the beauty of this home! - Everything in this apartment was great! Perfectly clean, confortable, convenient and handy. Seems so new and well mantained that you want to make it your home a simply live there! Really an Excellent stay ! And Lily is exceptionally caring and kind! I highly recommend this property. This has nothing to do with the apartment, but families with babies or elder need to consider the 3 storey stairway. And as a suggestion for improvement, there could be some air conditioning (summers are getting unbearable).
