• Danielle (1/5): Avoid – Dirty Apartment & Access Issues - The location was good When we arrived we first couldn’t access the apartment as the security guard told us that the hosts hadn’t paid their maintenance bill so the key card to go up to our floor in the lift and to get onto our floor didn’t work, the security guard begrudgingly came with us upstairs. That was the first extremely inconvenient thing. I then opened the apartment door and the smell of sewage and drain that hit you was disgusting. Then it all deteriorated further from there. There was a pair of random socks on the kitchen bench along with lots of bugs and dirty cupboards and splashback and plugs. The balcony had loads of bedding and towels drying on it. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, bugs, limescale everywhere, the mirror had toothpaste marks on it, Mould, the apartment clearly had not been cleaned. Also in one of the bedrooms on the chair there was what looked like a little pile of poo on there. I will attach all photos. We did not stay here and had to book an emergency apartment at 10 o clock at night. The host was also quite dismissive to me and reiterated it was a good price for the area. He did offer to send a cleaner around on the Monday, but this was the Saturday and I wasn’t happy staying in the apartment with the bugs and dirt. Avoid unless they do some serious deep cleaning!!

• XIN YUAN (7/5): Overall, it was a decent stay with a spacious and comfortable living area, but there are several areas that could be imp - The living room, dining area and kitchen are very spacious. The air conditioning in the living room was very comfortable. Overall, the place was clean and not dirty. The stay was okay overall, but there were a few things that could be improved. The bathroom doesn’t have good ventilation so there was a noticeable smell, and the room also had a bit of an odor when we first went in. The lighting is quite dim, especially at night. There were also some mosquitoes during our stay. The bathroom hanger wasn’t enough, so it was quite inconvenient as we didn’t have enough space to hang our clothes. There were also no extra power sockets in the room for us to charge our phones, which was a bit inconvenient. The sofa in the living room was also torn, which made it look a bit worn out.

Jeff was very helpful... responded on time. Intermittent Internet connection maybe due to heavy rain

• Edouard (10/5): Apparement super fonctionnel et confortable dans un lieux idéal pour visiter Kuala - Appartement très spacieux, super emplacement accessible à pieds, service supérette au pied de l’immeuble avec super choix de produits, magnifique piscine, vue sur la tour Merdeka, lits très confortable, vraiement tout était parfait La disponibilité du wifi était très aléatoire, ne pas trop compter dessus (nous avions une SIM avec de la data pour compenser)

Ne gâcher pas vos vacances - Absolument rien... malheureusement Appartement laissé a l'abandon, en décomposition, sale avec des cafards de toutes taille et une odeur horrible qui vous empêche de dormir. Draps sales non changés. Bien sûr nous avons éte ailleurs et pas la peine de prévenir le propriétaire j'ai retrouvé les mêmes reproches quelques mois plutôt d'autres clients. On s'est fait avoir. On a même reçu la visite de la mairie de Kuala pour taxes impayées. Incroyable !!! Comment booking ose encore proposer cet appartement.
• Anisha (8/5): Spacious apartment but funny smell - Large spacious flat with nice balcony. The 3 bedrooms are spacious. The pool is nice and big when we went there were only a few people there. There’s also a small gym and cafe on the same floor. There’s a shop on the ground floor open till 3am. 20 mins walk to KLCC and 15 mins to Jalan Alor/Bukit Bintang. Room had a bit of a weird smell and bathrooms smelt of drains. Lots of small ants in the kitchen. The smart TV was hard to work. We booked the room as it had a washing machine but on the day of check in I was told the door was broken and can only open with a spoon. One time the door wouldn’t open at all and we almost had to check out with no clothes. The owner said he would send someone to fix it during our stay but no one came.
• Amanda (7/5): 還可以 - 地點方便走到亞羅街、茨廠街，三人入住，每個人各自睡一間房間，很寬敞，樓下有超市，可以買食物。採光很好。 不知道為什麼連住四晚，每天都聞到不好聞的味道，感覺像是下水道的味道，整潔度不夠，電鍋油油的很噁心，客廳的茶几和沙發上的布看起來髒髒的，不敢坐、放，主臥室淋浴間的窗台有彩色的垃圾，不知道是不是前房客留下來的。
• William (10/5): One of the best place to stay near jalan alor.... - -Helpful owner. -lots of facilities. -near jalan alor area, easy to find foods n walk².. -clear check in/out instructions by owner/staff. -credit to the security team, very helpful when ask for assist and well prepared. -love the house vibes -the washing machine door, but its okay the owner aldy explain it how to use the machine. -smell something weird near between bathroom and bedroom no 1.

• Wathsala (1/5): Horrible unit - do not rent this place - Nothing at all!! There was a foul unbearable odor coming from both of the bathrooms, many of the faucets were broken, sinks were clogged…I could go on and on and on. The broken item and odor were known by the owner but still advertised the property anyway. We requested to check out early since an entire portion of the unit has to be closed off due to the odor. Owner kept on saying he will send someone to come look at it but kept on delaying every few hours until we just left the unit and booked a new place. And he did not refund our money. Do not recommend this to anyone at all!!
