Alexey (10/5): - Новый лофт в самом центре Стамбула. Улочка тихая, в основном художники и арт салоны. Напротив кафе. До Истикляль минут 5 в горку. До Таксим минут 10. До Галата моста минут 15. Вокруг множество кафе на любой вкус и полно магазинчиков с сувенирами, едой и одеждой. Качественные полотенца и постельное белье. Кофемашина под капсулы, есть в наличии. Смарт ТВ. Шустрый вай-фай. Можно оставить багаж, если у вас поздний вылет. Было бы не плохо сделать полочку под мыло в душевой кабине.

The bathroom door didn't full open or shut. wasn't a huge issue for us. Ceilings were low in parts, being 6', you had to always be careful.

Dagmar (8/5): SPOKOJENOST - Ubytování jsme měli v podkroví s balkónem a výhledem i na památky. V ubytování byl kuchyňský kout, který byl vybaven vším potřebným. Vnitřní stěna koupelny byla od pokoje oddělená mléčným sklem, což vytvářelo večer pěknou světelnou atmosféru. Doporučujeme zámek nebo klíče od dveří do pokoje zkontrolovat, šlo hůře otevírat, ale vždy jsme se do pokoje dostali.

MIKHAIL (10/5): - Стамбул прилетаем семьей не первый раз. Нам оче нг ь нравится город, каждый раз сходим в нем что то новое. Раньше жили в сутлианахмеие, из-за близости достопримечательности, потом не раз останавливались в башнях Мол оф истамбул для шоппинга. Сейчас прилетели на недельку , встретить весну и выбор пал на кадыкей. Рассматривали три объекта, два на верхнем этаже с собственной террасой и эти аппартаменты - лофт 27. Скажу сразу , это лучшее из всего, где мы раньше жили. С террасой возможно тоже интересно, но в феврале марте мы побоялись, тк мы с ребёнком, а что такое пентхаус зимой уже знали. 🤷‍♂️ Плюсы: район супер, все рядом, есть метро, трамвай, фуникулер итд. Тоесть логистика до остальных районов Стамбула отличная. Причем логистика вниз, а не вверх, что важно в Стамбуле для людей с весом.☝️ Галатская башня, Таксим, истикляль, все рядом. А какой рыбный рынок в одной остановке на трамвае!!! Плюс музыкант,ж на мосту, отлично поющий Цоя, Гребня и Башлачёва. Сами аппартаменты большие, полноценная квартира с одной спальней. Кухня тоже, все необходимое есть - микроволновка, стиралка, духовка, само собой чайник, капсульная кофеварка итд. Туалетной бумаги тоже не жалеют, поверьте🤣 Большая ванная комната с душевой кабиной с трапом. Не поддон, а трап, все как положено. Горячая вода также всегда была в наличии. Но главное, что есть лифт. На 4 этаж с чемоданами комфорта мало подниматься, тут полноценный лифт на 4 человека. Вход в подъезд по коду, в квартиру по боксу рядом с дверью, коды присылают за день до приезда или день в день. Что еще очень важно, связь и помощь стаффа всегда! В Вотсапе практически круглосуточно, быстро и подробно все расскажут помогут и посоветуют. Еще один плюс хозяевам, при заезде нас поселили на солнечную сторону. Красивый вид, светло, но мы попросили поменять апартаменты. Почему - на солнечной стороне было душновато, а мы с ребёнком. Нам пошли на встречу, на след день жили выше и на противоположной стороне. О минусах. Их нет. Даже еженочный оркестр барабанщиков Истикляля в 3:30 ночи слышен едва - едва. А кто крепко спит и вовсе не услышит.Остальное одни плюсы. Особенно искренняя признательность за помощь менеджеру Tunç. Всегда на связи, всегда на позитиве, очень добродушный и отзывчивый человек. Поверьте, пишу длинный отзыв именно потому что была реальная помощь и поддержка. И аппартаменты реально чистые, светлые , не вонючие, как часто бывает в Стамбуле , увы. Опять же лифт. Ну а всем, кто едет вдвоем однозначно рекомендую студию наверху, с лоджией. Там вид просто ппц. Спасибо вам Tunç, будем всегда возвращаться к вам!! Вы лучшие!!
Marie (8/5): Preis-Leistung hat für uns super gepasst, sehr ruhige Gegend und gleichzeitig zentral. Aufzug praktisch wegen Koffer. - Lage war super! Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Nespressomaschine vorhanden (haben aber nirgends Kapseln zum Kaufen gefunden) Nachts sehr ruhig. Treppenhaus sauber. Kommunikation mit Vermieter ganz easy. Wir hatten die Wohnung ganz oben (mit Dachterrasse) allerdings war diese doch sehr klein für 2 Personen mit kleinem Kind. Als Paar ohne Kind hätte es super gepasst.

My only suggestion is that the apartment needed a few things. For example, there were no cloths for washing or drying dishes. It could of also used a few extra blankets.

The room is spacious with a great security system. Everything was clean, in excellent condition, and well designed. The location is superb. We were able to visit all the important attractions in Istanbul in 8-15 minutes. It's very easy to get a taxi from the main street, and it's also walkable. It's in an area where we can explore good restaurants, bars, shops, and a pharmacy. I came to the room after traveling to other countries, so I was glad there was a washing machine to wash my clothes. It was relaxing to stay there and felt like a home in Istanbul, rather than a hotel. I will stay with them again and again. I wish the building had a luggage ramp. It was difficult for me with two big luggage pieces because there was no luggage ramp at the stairs in front of the building. Also, I hope they could fix the location naming on Google Maps. It's not searchable on Google Maps by name. The name Homie Suites led my airport transfer taxis to Homie's HQ, which is in a different location from the apartment building. I had to carefully match the address on Booking with the address on Maps to get it right. And even when I gave the taxi the correct location in Maps to pick me up, they still fell into the wrong location trap because they relied on the name on Google Maps. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Thanks to his kindness and constant contact, we had all the necessary information regarding attractions, prices, and the best ways to travel around the city. Our modern, loft-style apartment was very comfortable. We will remember this trip for a long time and highly recommend this apartment and our gracious host.

Yulia (9/5): Wonderful location - The location is absolutely wonderful! The neighborhood nice and quiet. The apartment is pretty comfortable and clean in general. The only problem was the bathroom. There was mold in the shower and around the sink. It also had a constant sewer smell, not very strong, but somewhat annoying. All of this wasn't enough to ruin the stay, but it's worth noting.

Andrew (7/5): Great apartment but noisy - The apartment is in a nice area with plenty of good cafes, shops, etc nearby. The area is hilly, which was fine by me, but some people may want to consider this. Public transport is about a ten-minute walk away, which will take you to most of the tourist sites. The bed is comfortable, and the facilities are good, though there is no microwave. The photos on the website are accurate, but they are a few years old now. The noise! The soundproofing is terrible. I was woken up by the neighbours a few times. Think washing machines at midnight, loud sex at 3 am, chairs scraping across the floor, people stomping around the apartment at all hours for some unknown reason, loud conversations late at night, etc. It's hard to believe people could be so noisy! It was a shame because it was a great apartment otherwise.

Wir hatten Fragen und bekamen sehr schnell Unterstützung, was den Aufenthalt rundum sehr gelungen machte. Die Unterkunft war modern eingerichtet mit einem sehr bequemen Bett - auf Wünsche wurde jederzeit sehr unkompliziert eingegangen - dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank :) Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Viertel selbst bietet eine Reihe toller Galerien und Läden nebst der Möglichkeit hervorragend Essen zu gehen oder den Abend gelungen ausklingen zu lassen. - da fällt mir nichts ein :) wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden

It’s nice and dark so you don’t get woken up by 6 am sunlight and the kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs including washing machine if you’re washing clothes. There was a constant smell of sewage coming from the shower and I think it’s down to the fact the shower does not have a U bend fitted but not a show stopper

В апартаментах есть кофемашина с капсулами кофе, электрочайник и вкусный чай, посудомоечная машина, холодильник , различная посуда и всё что нужно для приготовления еды, стиральная машина, кондиционер , гладильная доска, пылесос. И очень мягкие и удобные тапочки)))Очень отзывчивый персонал!!! Матрас к сожалению уже нужно менять , хотя он и удобный, но в районе головы и ног очень просел. Кондиционер в очень жаркую погоду охлаждает слегка апартаменты. Апартаменты маленькие, поэтому нужно учитывать это при бронировании( но очень прям хотелось в этот раз снять именно их, чтоб понимать на будущее какие они).

The host, do not know his or her name, that we communicated with on Whatsapp was very helpful, always respondning within in seconds on questions regarding the WiFi for instance. Helped us get a taxi to the airport on departure day. Really do not have a lot of comments here, the place and the area was very nice
Elif (10/5): The confort of being at home - The staff (Tunc) was super helpful and attentive. We were able to reach him at a late time where he assisted us to enter the apartment when we arrived. We also needed an extra duvet which was provided within 30 minutes, during the day. The apartment was clean with the necessary basic amenities- such as water, coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel etc… which was a thoughtful touch especially as we checked in so late. Everything was clean and the apartment was not only stylish but very practical. Location was ideal- a short walk to the waterfront and to Istiklal street. I would definitely recommend these apartments without a doubt.

Viktoriia (8/5): Amazing location - The location is perfect - a stylish quiet street, yet very close to everywhere you might want to be in Beyoglu. The apartment is very nice and high-tech. Great design, a bit worn down, but still awesome - spacious, cozy, has everything one might need from a washing machine to an iron. One thing to keep in mind: this is an AirBnB rather than a serviced apartment. There will be no free cleaning when staying less than a week. Even so, given the perks mentioned above, I would be happy to stay here again next time I'm in Istanbul. It was very unfortunate that water was cut off on 3 days out of our 6 day stay. Overall, the management was nice, but not going out of their way.
Chunkie (10/5): Fab apartment in Istanbul - Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Istanbul. Top floor apartment with outdoor balcony with great views. The location was perfect with tram/metro stops 5 minutes away. Lots of local shops selling antiques and clothing. Plenty of places to eat all the local delicacies. The apartment also has a washing machine so pack light and leave space for gifts! This will always be our number 1 place to stay next time we're in Istanbul.

They had coffee pods for the machine which was great and nice kitchen. The terrace was great too! The host went above and beyond to help me which I am so grateful for. I did get mugged outside of the apartment. It was a nightmare. Dealing with the situation was exhausting. The host was kind and did his best to help, and there was no result from the attempts though. I wish I had been staying at a hotel with 24 hour help desk because I really had a crap experience and doing it alone without a phone was very difficult. The place was much smaller than I thought it would be based on the pictures. It was clean and could use a deeper clean too with mold in the shower. There wasn’t salt or pepper or oil some of the basics needed for cooking would be appreciated.

I have an unpleasant incident. One of guests lost the keys. The hotel administration sent a worker who at 2 am began to break down the door to the room. The noise continued for about 2 hours and was stopped only after the other hotel guests threatened to call the police. I hope the hotel administration will draw conclusions.

Andreia (9/5): Studio Apartment - - quiet street - nice view from the balcony of the Studio Apartment - we appreciated very much that there was laundry product(pods and powder)at our disposition - even if the studio already show signs of wear and tear here and there it s relatively new, modern and very comfortable - we were very happy that there was a coffee machine with enough coffee pods for our stay - the matress of the Studio Apartment was wayyyyyy wayyyy too soft and had a weird shape on the top. It spoiled a bit our stay. - we would had appreciated if dishwasher soap was provided or more than a single pod for the dishwasher. But we didn’t request it either during our stay… - no hand towels provided -It’s not the most convenient place to be reach by public transportation when you carry heavy luggage. But so it s the case for most of the other hotels in the area. There s the old tramway from istiklal caddesi, which is more often than not crowded or the more comfortable T1 and get out at Tophane…but you will have some climbing do with your luggage.
