Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

- Wright (10/5): Beautiful property in a perfect sea side town - Beautiful property that was style really well, kitchen fully stocked, lots of room, beds were wonderfull, location was fantastic - a very nice property for a family vacation or a few couples to enjoy. Collecting the keys was fine but I would always prefer a lock box or keyless entry at the property to save the extra stop ( but I understand if you have a property manager it makes sense)
