- Lisa (10/5): Fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place and book it again. - The host was lovely and exceedingly prepared. She provided us with all the amenities: towels, hairdryer, coffee, tea, dish detergent, laundry detergent, laundry tokens. She also said she was available 24 hours and gave us plenty of itinerary suggestions. Additionally, she also lent us a transit card. The card is registered, so it will charge you at a lower rate. If you buy a card as a foreigner, you cannot register it, so it will charge you more per trip. However, Uber is also an option here and since this apartment is centrally located trips are generally quite cheap. There is also a grocery store two blocks over and many cafes, bakeries and restaurants in this area. The bus stop is also... quite literally a block up on the same street. The concierge on the first floor is also super super nice. They allowed us to store our bags in their backroom when our flight was delayed. Please note that you will need cash for this property and will need to pay the 21% VAT since it is not a credit card purchase. Confirm the cost via text and come prepared with the exact amount. However, if you do not have cash on you, it's a good idea to exchange at the airport (with the person at the desk - ask because they are hard to find!). It's a surprisingly good rate and will likely be better than a local bank. However, even with the VAT applied, it is a good price for the apartment. Just a reminder, you have access to a rooftop gym and pool. You are also close to the river and the ecological park if you are a runner.

- TITO (10/5): Ideal para descansar y explorar la ciudad - El departamento está muy bien ubicado, con fácil acceso al transporte público. A pesar de estar cerca de la avenida 9 de Julio, se encuentra orientado hacia la parte trasera del edificio, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo y silencioso, ideal para descansar. Cuenta con una hermosa vista a los edificios de Puerto Madero y, por las noches, se puede dormir plácidamente gracias al ambiente sereno. La cama es cómoda, el baño y el resto del espacio estaban impecablemente limpios. Además, la cocina está equipada para preparar un desayuno o una merienda ligera. La anfitriona, Marcela, fue siempre muy amable y atenta a cualquier consulta o necesidad. Mi estadía en Buenos Aires fue excelente y sin duda recomendaría este lugar. No tengo ninguna queja, mi experiencia fue muy buena.

Closets could be more spacious and practical. Not enough clothing hangers. Leak underneath toilet. Pictures show apartment longer and wider than reality.

- Bruce (10/5): Exceptional - Marcela was the most gracious host. She greeted us with a hug and showed us everything about the apartment and more. There is a transit card to use and even a bottle of good Argentinian wine. The water from the tap is perfectly drinkable. She even made sure we got our taxi and waved goodbye to us as we left after our 5 day stay. We would highly recommend this property. It is basic but has everything you need and very safe with grocery stores nearby. Warm, welcoming, homey. Everything was perfect!
