• Nafisa (1/5): - My experience with this accommodation was extremely disappointing and stressful, and I would not recommend it. Before my arrival, I clearly explained my situation to the host: I had an international flight and would be arriving in Milan around 3:00 AM. I explicitly stated that I could not arrive in the afternoon. The host responded that it was fine to arrive at any time, and I relied on this information when planning my trip. However, upon arriving in the middle of the night, the host did not respond to any of my messages. Later, I learned that the host had assigned an employee to handle calls, but this employee did not clarify anything or explain the check-in process. I also discovered that the check-in details are only sent at 3:00 PM, which was never clearly communicated in advance. As a result of this lack of communication and guidance, I found myself stranded in an unfamiliar city late at night without accommodation, incurring significant unexpected expenses, including a pre-booked taxi (around 100 euros), additional transportation costs, and the urgent task of finding alternative accommodation on my own in the middle of the night. This was both financially and emotionally exhausting. To make matters worse, the next day, before the official check-in time, the host informed me that my reservation had been canceled without prior notice or explanation. This entire experience reflects poor management, lack of responsibility, and complete disregard for guest circumstances, as well as inadequate guidance even from the employee assigned to assist guests. I strongly advise future travelers to be extremely cautious and not rely on unclear or inconsistent instructions from this host.

• Catherine (3/5): Building site accommodation - The property was in a great location it was clean. On arrival we noticed building works were being carried out in the ground floor which we had not been informed of. It was so loud and began at 8am each day we could not sleep past 8 and it was impossible to comfortably stay in the property throughout the day due to the loudness of kanjo hammering and banging. The property have not responded to booking or myself regarding these issues.

• Asdis Ran (6/5): Communication could have been better, and the sleeping arrangements didn’t match the description. - Beautiful apartment in the center. It defenetly is loud but you can expect that in the center. I booked this apartment because the description said it had two beds — one bedroom and a sofa bed — which was important since I’m traveling with my 18-year-old daughter. When we arrived, there were no sheets for the sofa, and when I asked the host, she said it wasn’t included in the price and that I should have mentioned it and paid extra. This means the apartment does not actually include two beds as shown on Booking.com. My daughter ended up sleeping on the sofa with just a blanket. Also, the communication was very poor — the host didn’t reply to any of my Booking messages about how to access the apartment until late the evening before my arrival, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and made me worry it might be a scam. PS - They are doing a industrial work on this building so there are very loud noises from early morning.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Only minor note: living room AC could be cooler, but it didn’t bother us at all. Highly recommend! Communication was excellent from before our arrival until the end of our stay, and even when we returned, Emanuela kindly helped me activate Area C for my car 🙏

• Kim Lisa (8/5): - Sauber, modern und gute Lage. Emanuela ist eine aussergewöhnlich gute Gastgeberin, war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sei es bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten oder tollen Restaurants. Das Bettsofa war nicht sehr bequem und hat bei jeder nur so kleinen Bewegung extrem gequitscht. Die Fenster sind etwas älter und deshalb hört man den Verkehr, was uns aber nicht gross gestört hat.

The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was very spacious and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. A special mention goes to our host, Emanuela, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was quick and easy, and they even recommended some fantastic local restaurants, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again when visiting Milan! In the evenings, there was a bar that was very busy and a bit noisy, but that didn't bother us.

The place was beautifully arranged, cozy, and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. One of the best parts was the location — very close to the city center, so we were able to explore everything just by walking. The view of San Marco Church from the window was also stunning and added a special charm to the stay. Special thanks to Emanuela from the staff, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit. She really made everything easier for us. There was quite a bit of noise from outside, especially at night.

She even arranged for us to leave our stuff in the apartment during the last day of trip, as we had an evening flight, so in the end we just came back to pick it up right before leaving for the airport.

• Anastasija (7/5): A pretty comfortable apartment, good location, poor street noise isolation. - We enjoyed how everything looked in the apartment, the bathroom was clean, kitchen had all we needed and air conditioning worked very well. Location is great because it has a shop nearby and many restaurants and the city center is pretty close. It was great that the building had a lift. Also, it was very comfortable to have a big wardrobe with hangers and a iron and ironing board. Unfortunately there were a lot of noise from the outside (bar noises, street cleaning machine at 2 am, noise from the recycling car collecting glass bottles early in the morning from many bars on the street which resulted in about 10 minutes of glass shattering sound). Also, the toilet handle isn't fixed properly and could fall any minute, the same is about the towel hanger. And there were not enough hand soap and shampoo in bottles.

• Marin (8/5): Very good - The location is very centric. The apartment is modern, has a small kitchenette which is perfect for preparing a breakfast. Shower had very good water pressure and there was even a washing machine. Be mindful of the street noise. There’s an amazing wine bar across the street but the party could last until early hours and you can hear that in the apartment.

Location was great! 10 minutes to Duomo, 5-10 to great restaurants. Not much traffic on street. Great casual upscale bar across the street buzzing with well behaved 21-35 crowd. Shower area dated….could drain better.
