Nos ha gustado bastante, especialmente por la buena relación calidad-precio. La señora que nos atendió fue muy amable y atenta. Además, el detalle de la recepción con café gratuito nos pareció genial. También les preguntamos si podíamos dejar las maletas unas horas después del check-out y no nos pusieron ningún problema. Muy buena experiencia. Todo bien.

Ļoti tuvu Termini stacijai. Līdz Kolizejam apmēram 1,5 km. Saimniece laipna, izpalidziga. Varēja būt kāda lielāka izkārtne pie ārdurvīm.

Handdoeken worden om de 2 dagen verschoond. Of elke dag als je dat wenst. Koffie, thee, beschuit, jam altijd aanwezig 👍 Ik moest erg wennen aan de geluiden van buiten m’n de tram.

• Kate (8/5): Great location and pleasant stay! - The place was pretty close to the train station but still cosy and far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The bed was nice and comfy and had everything we need. The owner was very lovely and allowed us to keep our luggage there for a few hours after checkout. It’s minor but there is no where to put bottles in the shower - other than that everything was good!

• Brown (10/5): Excellent - Really great location - close to Termini station which gets you everywhere and is perfect for getting to and from the airport. The place was peaceful and clean. Staff were lovely and communication was great! The breakfast wasn’t really breakfast, more like a small cracker and some jam. Slightly misleading to call it a B&B

Die zentrale Lage ist ein großes Plus des Zimmers. Die technische Ausstattung wurde leider vernachlässigt. Aus dem Wasserhahn spritzte nur wenig Wasser, da der Perlator offensichtlich stark verkalkt war. Das Wasser war max. lauwarm. Der Toilettendeckel hing nur noch wackelig an der Befestigung. In der Gemeinschaftsküche war der technische Zustand leider auch entsprechend

Ay microondas y vajilla y nevera. La ubicac es muy buena si usas mucho el tren xq son 150 mts. A 4 calles de la estac de buses Termini. A dos del metro. Esa cuadra es oscura de noche y no hay bares ni negocios abiertos. No hay desay buffet.

Okno mieliśmy na główną ulice gdzie jezdzi tramwaj - bardzo uciążliwe. Wieczorem okolica średnio bezpieczna.

Каждый день застилали постель, убирали в ванной комнате, поменяли полотенца через 4 дня, хотя мы жили 5 дней. Есть на всех кухня с микроволновой печью, холодильник там же, кофемашина, чайник и все для чаепития. Нам очень понравилось. Это было выше наших ожиданий.

• Iara (10/5): Surpreendeu positivamente! - O local é perto do Roma Termini, mas não me senti em perigo a noite. É bem movimentado a noite, com várias lojas e restaurantes por perto. A pessoa que nos atendeu foi simpática e fez de tudo para nos compreender, já que não falamos italiano. O quarto que ficamos era de frente, mas o barulho não nos atrapalhou, já que os vidros eram duplos. Na acomodação tem café, chá, biscoito à vontade. Deixamos nossas mochilas no local para irmos passear no dia seguinte. Achei que as mochilas ficariam em algum lugar trancado, porém, ficam na sala de refeições. Acho que isso pode ser um problema dependendo de quem se hospeda. Oriento usar cadeado, eu levei pensando nisso. Quando voltamos para pegar as mochilas, queria usar o banheiro, mas não sabia onde ficava o banheiro social e não tinha ninguém para informar.

Friendly staff (they didnt speak English but thats not an issue with electronic translators), I could leave my luggage till my flight in the late afternoon - thank you! Its not new, but very clean and definitety worth the price I paid. Bathroom clean and pleasant to use. There is a large fridge in the common area where I could keep my food. Its only a few rooms and other guests were respectful and quiet. Can be a bit noisy if you have a room from the street but I slept with earplugs so it was fine. The room was equipped with a small kitchen but it was useless as there was absolutely no plates or cutlery - I dont understand it. Once the hot water was over soon after I started my shower (but the other times it worked well).

• Andrea (10/5): Calidad precio increíble. Que sea barato no significa que sea malo. Al contrario. Es un lugar comodisimo. Y de ubicación - Es la opción mas económica y aunque esté en una zona con mala reputación, no tuvimos ningún problema y no es tan malo de como lo pintan. La anfitriona es super amable y atenta (nos dejó dejar nuestras maletas todo el día hasta que tuvimos que coger el autobús), la habitación es amplia, completa y muy cómoda, la cama también era super cómoda, descansamos muy bien. Son habitaciones con baño privado y lo que compartes con el resto de habitaciones es una sala de estar, con mesas, sillas, nevera (aunque en la habitación hay una mini-nevera también) microondas, grifo, etc, te deja a tu disposición tanto café como infusiones como tostadas para desayunar que no están nada mal. Estas a dos minutos andando de la estación. La estancia no tiene letrero, es una puerta de madera (el numero 10) a la izquierda de un bar que hace esquina. Hay que tocar el timbre en el piso 3. Estás lejos del centro de Roma (media hora mas o menos andando) pero Roma se conoce paseando, asique es la mejor opción para callejear por todos los rincones y no perderte nada. Merece mucho la pena. Quedamos super contentos. Lo único malo esque en esa calle pasa un tranvía y si que es un poco molesto cuando pasa por el ruido que hace. Pero a la hora de dormir no nos despertamos en ningún momento por el ruido. También estas tan cansado que caes enseguida.

• VASSILIKI (7/5): - Καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα θετικό κ η κοπέλα πολύ ευγενική. Πολύ ωραίο σημείο στο κέντρο Πολύ παλιό κτήριο χωρίς ανακαίνιση, οι καρέκλες τα τραπέζια ετοιμόρροπα. Τα σεντόνια υποθέτω ότι τα έπλεναν όμως ήταν βρώμικα, με αίματα. Επίσης σχεδόν ανύπαρκτο πρωινό, τυποποιημένα όλα και με το ζόρι έφερναν γαλατάκια για τον καφέ..

• Teresa (8/5): Soddisfatti - Posizione ottima! Ha la metro a 3 minuti a piedi, ma è vicina a tutto. Noi personalmente non l’abbiamo usata perche ha 30 minuti a piedi da fontana di trevi ecc, e 20 minuti dal colosseo; ne abbiamo approfittato per fare una passeggiata. Se si vuole la perfezione o ci si aspetta una stanza d’hotel non andate qui, andate in hotel. Questo b&b è semplice e senza pretese, la nostra stanza sembrava una camera da letto della casa dei nonni, ma fondamentalmente dovevamo solo dormirci, quindi va più che bene. La nostra stanza era pulita, siamo stati due notti e sono entrati a rifare il letto e dare una sistemata. Lo staff non lo abbiamo proprio visto, però sono stati gentili e disponibili via telefono. È al terzo piano, è presente l’ascensore, ma non sempre funzionante. Ci siamo trovati bene, e qualità prezzo, anche in base alla posizione, per noi era perfetto. Il materasso è un po scomodo, non abbiamo dormito benissimo, ma è proprio se si vuole trovare come si suol dire il pelo nell’uovo.
