- Timothy (5/5): We know Borovets really well so just used the apartment as somewhere to sleep. - Sofa bed was unusable. My daughter had to sleep on the futon on the floor. No way could 4 people share this property. We were expecting to be able to use the pool and sauna but were told this was at additional cost and really not worth the money. Bin was full of rubbish in the room when we arrived and safe deposit box was low battery so had to check with host before we dared to use it. Only 2 bath towels for 3 people! Better sofa bed. Not enough towels No spa facilities
- Vendula (10/5): Exceptional - Location, the view, very warm, the most amazing heated toilet seat, wachine machine/ dryer. Good Wi-Fi. If I was very picky then maybe few more utensils in the kitchen like a wooden spoon to make scrambled eggs.
- Ιακωβοσ (8/5): Value for money... - The room size and proximity to the ski lifts . Despite not speaking directly to the hosts over the phone, any request was promptly addressed the same day. Overall, the room offers good value for someone intending to spend most of their time in the ski area. The radiators made a very annoying noise when you turn them up, so during the night, I had to set them to the minimum heating level. While we weren't cold during the day, it's apparent they need servicing to address the issue Also the sofa that turns into a double bed, it is not comfortable.
