• Elynnlynn14 (1/5): Nightmare ever, surely won't return and not recommended. - Only the security guard is friendly Firstly, the key collection process is very inconvenient. You have to go to a nearby food stall to pick up the key. Imagine if it’s raining—there’s no shelter, which makes it even worse. Compared to other homestays where you can simply get the key from a letterbox or concierge. Secondly, the carpark is another issue. There’s no lift access from the carpark. You’ll need to drop your luggage at the lobby first. If you’re travelling alone, you’ll have to carry your heavy luggage down the stairs, which is especially difficult if you’re with elderly people or young children. Thirdly, they required a RM150 deposit and promised to refund it within 3 working days. However, after more than 3 days, there was no refund and no response to my messages. I was about to file a police report, thinking it might be a scam. Only then did they finally refund me. Most other homestays I’ve stayed at only require a RM50–RM100 deposit. I honestly don’t understand what’s so “high-end” about this place. The furniture is very outdated, the mattress and sofa are poor quality—more like a 1-star hotel. It’s definitely not worth the price. The name is very misleading—SUPER HIGH CLASS is far from the reality. The lift access to the unit is another nightmare. There’s no clear indication of which lift goes to which level. We entered the wrong lift and couldn’t access our floor. No signboards, no clear check in guidance—just a waste of time. Their instruction guide is also messy and unclear. Overall, I felt like a refugee staying here. It was upsetting and disappointing. I usually don’t write bad reviews, but I don’t want others to go through the same experience.

When asked for assistance, they say all staff are after working hours and as such cannot help. It was not late night too...around 5plus. I even state that my spouse is very upset and we are here for a relaxation day and yet they say cannot help me...

• Eileen (5/5): Just once - The building is the only thing I like, nice structure. Aircon not working properly, and it was so dirty that we have to clean the filter ourselves to get cooler air. The living room aircon was worse, off automatically, even when it was on not cooling at all. The bedroom, one room too soft, one room super hard. The towel provide for bath is like waterproof, after bathing, I still need to stand in the room and dry it by ceiling fan. The shower head keep splashing water out not from the holes, but by the side, so it went reverse away whereby only little water came out from the actual holes.

• Ahmed (8/5): Good condo, high floor, nice balcony. - Location and condo is excellent. House size is big and nice. High floor with big balcony. The furniture is not comfortable. The sofas are clunky and hard to sit on. The TV is useless without channels or wired/wireless capabilities. The beds are basic with rigid mattresses.

• Farah (7/5): Good - High level floor, wide balcony Spacious. 2 bath and 2 bedrooms Children friendly as it was not have much delicate decoration inside Washing machine, microwave provided Parking at low level (L4), could only use stairs to reach lobby (L3), but don’t mind it since only one level down. Lack of cleanliness It’s good that futons and sofa bed were provided, but it was dirty. The curtain was also visibly dirty. TV Remote control is not working. TV only has terrestrial channel. Could not go to ground floor directly using lift. But there’s buggy service provided from Lobby L3

The apartment is dirty with hair on the bed, the blanket is burned and smelly, the worst is the bathroom which with bad ceiling dipping water from ceiling. The other facilities are not available except swimming pool. Even swimming pool toilet is not available.
