• Ricardo Cardenas Sarmiento (8/5): Good Value - La ubicación era muy central y el acceso era muy fácil. Las camas cómodas y con el ventilador de techo no hubo necesidad de aire acondicionado. La habitación al frente de la cocina no tiene buena insonorización, se escucha todo lo que hacen en el comedor y la sala. Le hace falta una limpieza profunda al cuarto, los cables de tv, lámparas, etc están llenas de polvo. La iluminación de esa habitación es muy poca, depende mucho de las luces eléctricas.

Que la limpieza del cuarto no se realizo en 5 dias de estancia solo se hizo por solicitud especial. El sector no es muy comercial. No hay greca o tinto en las mañanas.

• Sylvia (9/5): Un lugar bonito con espacio para trabajar y preparar el desayuno. Personal amable y disponible - La casa es muy bonita y las habitaciones son muy limpias y cómodas. Esta ubicado muy cerca de Cabecera. El barrio es agradable. Hubo mucho ruido en la calle la noche que llegamos. Parecía que había carreras de carros afuera. Los vecinos de habitación eran bastante ruidosos, tuvieron el televisor a muy alto volumen hasta tarde.

No dan desayuno, el único ventilador en la habitación era insuficiente, hacía mucho calor, habían palomas ruidosas que defecaban desde el techo del baño. Nos cobraron el valor de media noche para dejarnos ingresar antes del check in, habiando varias habitaciones vacías.

• Laura Estela (2/5): Terrible. Should not be offered in hotels.com! - No one at the hotel to greet you! Before you get there you have to fill out a form that they never sent, to give you a code that never got. After calling and writing several times finally got response that they don’t have any reservations. After sending them copy of the reservation they said that it could be false. Anyway an hour later they show up and open the door. The place is dirty, the fan hardly moves and the place smells. Obviously I left to another hotel.

• Marco (9/5): Safe, quiet and nice place to stay! - After one year of traveling i can say; you‘ll get all what you need. Pluspoint co-working space with super wifi. Super safe entry, with 3 digit codes, shared kitchen to cook some basics, coffee incl., friendly and helpful solution orientated stuff members. Quiet and safe area to stay. All in all every time again :-) There is nothing to say, which i didn‘t like. Some recommendations: i would install mosquito nets to the windows, and instead of a ventilator in the room maybe an air conditioner. In the small garden, i would appreciate it, when there were additional chairs and protection for sun/rain. PS: we are talking on a high level
