- Jade (2/5): - Cockroaches spa was not hot was not told no room service service no towels or anything had to supply all our own stuff and nothing was mentioned tv in end bedroom would not work properly and remote must be broken or need new batteries didn’t use tvs at all except one in lounge room once for the children was not happy with stay at all

- Adriel (8/5): Very good - It was our first time in Coffs Harbour and this place was a steal!! The check in was seamless and there was no issues locating the property. The room was really spacious with 2 bed rooms, 2 tvs, a balcony overlooking the pool facilities, and a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment. Ill give the team a lot of credit, after hours contact was easily contactable and the very next day a plumber was sent to fix the drains. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely check if Coffs Coast Accommodation has an availability the next time were up here. Unfortunately, I’d have to knock a few points due to the an issue we had with the shower. It was not draining properly, after checking the drain, it looked like it was not cleaned for months as it was full of gunk.
