• Sara (7/5): Good - If you like cleanliness, design, quiet nights: this is the right place. If you are concerned about your online privacy: don't go. They ask for selfie with ID, copy of ID, payment of tourist tax on a separate website (outside of Booking) with credit card details and CVC-code, .... And getting in (and out) was difficult.... only with special app but we were 3 people and only one had access to apartment... Would have been better if someone could welcome us and explain a but...
• Catherine (8/5): I’d recommend Luvi as a great apartment for anyone staying in Milan. - Very comfortable apartment with plenty of room, light, and nice vista. It was modern, clean and very quiet. Laundry facilities are great. Easy bus trip to the centre of Milan. The downstairs concierge was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic open air market nearby on a Monday morning. There was no personal introduction to the property or instruction on how to use facilities or rubbish recycling. Took a little while to understand how to open & lock front door. There was also some confusion on the checkout time which was altered without consultation. Both bathroom vanities are collapsing and require attention.
• Maria (7/5): Large apartment with a nice view but pure cleaning and some hidden costs - The apartment was large with a good, modern design. The terrace had a nice view. I had an unpleasant situation, as the apartment was not cleaned well when I arrived. There were a lot of crumbs and dust on the floor in the living room and kitchen. In the bathroom, we noticed hairs. The bedsheets were cleaned but had permanent makeup marks, indicating that they were not cleaned as thoroughly as in hotels that use chemical cleaning methods. The host apologized, and the next day, the team came to clean the apartment again. We were supposed to receive a refund for the cleaning (as mentioned by the host), but after the trip, we did not receive any refund, even after reminding the host about it. Moreover, the host had some hidden costs, such as a 50 EUR charge for arrivals after 12 PM. The lock was not intuitive, and my parents, who are both 60, had problems using it.

The gym in the building is also a good extra. We were 4 adults and a toddler and we had a really good time Nothing

• Laura (9/5): Great apartment, clean and spacious! - very spacious, clean and comfortable. Hosts were good with communication/ check in information. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. Beautiful balcony, big kitchen and living space. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage. I wasn't keen on the electronic key to lock and unlock the door, I found it a hassle and would have preferred a regular key. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities (there was a coffee machine but no coffee pods), and some wine glasses would have been good. These are only small, but would have been nice to have.

• Jun (10/5): good experience - this is apartment is not hotel without breakfirst but there is kitchen to prepare it, good location, metro station 700m . apartment is new, and good design, good furnishment, good facility, clean, good and big balcony, lighting is also nice. check in time is 15:00, and it should be earlier, and can not use all kitchen appiance together, to avoid power break. Need better and clear instruction before check in,
