- sena Andrade (9/5): - Everything was really nice The toilet had a bad smell but it was clean so idon’t know where the smell was coming from
- Jessica (7/5): Beautiful flat, though noise transfer from above is significant.. - Ideally situated and sparkling clean. Sleep in the master bedroom was nearly impossible due to the upstairs neighbors, whose late-night disturbances and early-morning 'running' sounds were constant.
- Tatiana (8/5): Good for families - The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It’s not that we didn’t like it, it’s something one needs to know. It’s 15 min walk from the underground or train stations Harringay. Buses are running though. Flats are not sound proof. Nothing one can do about it, but you hear neighbours talking. Cleaning can be a bit better: fat spots on the walls and dirt on the bathroom door are easy to remove. And for the money we paid, I consider it expensive. I understand market, but at some point one just can not deliver quality which comes with the price he/she charges.

- Jēkabs (10/5): - Dirty sofa
- Vanessa (9/5): - Apartment was lovely and clean. Very noisy from apartment above.
- Madison (6/5): - Spacious, good location, near overground/underground, easy check in In need of some upkeep - walls could do with a paint, strong smell of drains from the bathroom, can hear noise of the street below quite loudly in front bedroom
- Jorge Francisco (9/5): -
- Elvira (6/5): - The location is very good, the owner very present, the apartment was clean with a beautiful smell The big problem is the noise from the whole building. Every step, laughter or conversation can be heard by the neighbors. Then all the walls are very dirty and it's a shame about the apartment because it is clean, but the walls give the impression of being unkempt.
- Eleanor (9/5): Great location, very well priced would stay again. - Location was great, bathroom decent size, fully fitted kitchen and comfy beds.
- Matt (8/5): Convenient, clean, exactly what we required - Convenient location, 45 minute walk to concert at the ally pally. 15 minute walk from nearest overnight car park. Bury road multi storey Cold shower :(
- Gary (5/5): - Cheap and good location Really thin walls/ floors neighbours had music playing until 1am and people below were talking/ swearing loudly in the morning. Really needs insulating.
Quite surprised as in the message we got before going to the flat we were told that there is noise sensors that alert the owners….. never heard of that before.
Could do with a lick of paint. All the walls seemed grubby although the flat was clean.
Also the front for frame was all split- looks like it’s been forced open .
- Risna (10/5): Clean, accessible and perfect! - It was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. It was secure and we felt safe. Nothing!
- Olugbenga (10/5): Lovely stay at Spacious 2-Bedroom Flat in North London - Communication was brilliant.
I got an email with the access codes for the doors Nothing

- Hille (7/5): Good place for low maintenance on budget travelers. - There was enough room to fit all of us pleasantly. towels and extra fleece blankets were provided. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and all the facilities worked as they were supposed to. No issues with Wifi whatsoever!
The fridge was big enough and the oven worked great!
No issues with check-in or check out, everything was very detailed and easy to understand!
Overall there were minor issues but if you're a low maintenance family without little kids and you're traveling on budget then this place works great. The walls are paper thin, so all the sounds from outside could be heard inside 24/7. Also the upstairs neighbours were so loud that we had to go and ask them to settle down around midnight, in order for us to sleep.
Some minor issues with the facilities, such as the freezer didn't close properly and the washing machine door was broken so the water was dripping out when using it.
The floors could have been a bit more cleaner, but I guess it's the matter of cleaning standard in the UK..
- james (7/5): Very nice flat, owner helpful in accommodating luggage store in early arrival. Steer fairl noisy as it’s at a busy junct - Very clean Bit noisy from other flats and from the street but it was still very good value.
- SEWE666 (8/5): - Diese Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen. Man kann sich Frühstück selbst zubereiten. Alles andere wie Bettwäsche usw wurde bereitgestellt.
- Kian (3/5): Cleaning staff need to be more careful of what is being left in their apartment. - Good location near to alexandra palace and easy to travel to london city centre. Room was unclean with a very horrific find when we first got into the hotel leaving us pretty appalled to be honest. walls also looked like they needed a paint and pretty outdated. Warm water was not working when we arrived at the apartment, although this was fixed it was not in enough time for us heading out. this leaving us not showered for going out that night and feeling pretty rotten after a long day of travelling to get there.

- Naomi (5/5): Just know the windows are not very good. But it's. Reasonably close to Ali Pali. - Place was clean with lots of space and storage The walls and ceilings are THIN. You could hear the upstairs neighbours constantly.
The windows close securely but there's no seal around them so it was freezing and LOUD being on a busy part of London with sirens blaring all night.
- Danyela (10/5): -
- JuJu (10/5): - Excelente flat, extremamente moderno e próximo de mercados e pubs. Tudo perfeito!
- Avril (8/5): - Apartment was very warm at night, but weather was also a factor so it was understandable
- Amber (10/5): -
- alison (9/5): - The accomodation was very clean . Very modern . Lovely Accessing the property was difficult. We arrived with other guests and they too had difficulty.
- Jane (10/5): - Spotlessly clean. Excellent check in procedures. Great communication.
- Kay (9/5): Great Stay - The hosts were very informative and professional. They provided helpful information before and during our stay via messages/email. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We stayed here as we were going to a concert at the Emirates Stadium. It was a 10 minute uber or a 40-minute walk, so it was close by. The beds were very comfortable, rooms a good size and great living space and bathroom. We would definitely stay here again if in the area We had a couple of issues with the front door, but these were easily resolved
- Raquel (9/5): Superb - Spacious and renovated apartment, perfect for families. The kitchen is well-equipped for 5 people. The bathroom is small but functional. Communication was excellent with the host, who responded promptly and resolved any issues quickly and efficiently. Convenient location, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Very close to a bus stop and a 15-minute walk to the underground. Very noisy area, although I guess it's London... We could also hear noise from the guests in the apartment above when they were moving around.
- Sylvia (9/5): Had a lovely stay, wish we were staying longer - The place was really clean, comfy and beds were very comfortable only negative is hardly any glasses, it would of been nice to have some bigger glasses and some prosecco or wine glasses
- Gail (10/5): Definitely worth staying if you are going to an eventat Tottenham Stadium. Staff were very helpful and assisting to all - Clean and fully equipped
- Katie (9/5): Superb -
- Alen (10/5): Very solid stay, would recommend. - True to photos and listing itself, clean and comfy, good kitchen with all the basic things u need. Everything very solid! Bedroom window handle was broken and window couldnt be sealed off completely. Maybe an extra towel per person would be nice. But those are very minor things.
- Brian (1/5): Very unprofessional - Told me I could not check in until 7pm because I booked at 11 am that same day. Had to pay a £100 deposit which never got paid back. Did not answer any calls or messages. Very unprofessional
Avoid !!
- Richard (8/5): Family of 5 1 night stay - Room was nicely decorated and furnished, very clean and loads of space. Instructions were really clear for getting in...although I misread them and WhatsApp the contact and they responded. Had plenty of soap shower gel shampoo etc. and nice towels and bedding for us all. Handle in bedroom window was broken so we couldn't shut the window properly and it was very noisy on the busy street outside so we had a disturbed night. Location is ok for bus but nearest underground station is a good 15 mins walk away as you are between 2 but price reflects the location I think so still good value.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Immaculate and clean and in a fantastic location
- Kiriaki (8/5): Very good -
- Ignacio (9/5): Superb -
- Maitana (10/5): 10/10 - Nice clean and exactly what was described
- Joshua (10/5): Absolutely amazing ! - The place was amazing! Was spotless and was so well kept. Felt fresh and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and was warm at night. An amazing shower and great location with shops and food places all around. Communication with the host was the best I’ve experienced. Messaged back straightaway and helped us with self checking in as we arrived late. Very spacious. Would definitely stay again There was a few foot steps heard from the apartment upstairs but didn’t really upset the stay over all.
- Johnson (9/5): Superb - The apartment was newly reforbished, very clean, and well situated. It was easy to get buses from there to many places but a bit far away from places like trafalgar Square and other interesting places. The host responded to my messages and request. Cooking pots are too small. The bed for the sixth person is actually a sitting couch not comfortable, and there was a disturbing noise from upstairs.
- Juliana (9/5): A very spacious and functional apartment, stocked with buses to the city center on the doorstep. - Spacious and illuminated. Good access to the center.
The apartment was spacious and very bright, both the bedrooms and the living room. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. The kitchen was super functional for preparing light meals and snacks for outings.
Communication was all done via WhatsApp and what we requested was always answered.
It was located in a super charming residential neighborhood, about ~45 minutes by bus from the Trafalgar Square or London bridge, but the trip was almost like a city tour, my children were happy on the traditional London buses. The water pressure is weak and inconsistent. The sound insulation is not good, you can hear a lot of noise from other apartments. We have stairs to climb, but it wasn't too painful for the children or elderly people I traveled with.
- Olivia (8/5): It did what we wanted it to. - Spacious, clean, and everything we needed. The music until the early hours from another flat. We waited outside for a long time to get into the property.
- Emma (8/5): Very good - The property was beautiful. Well maintained. Maybe some tea towels needed so we could dry up before we left. Two of the windows wouldn’t open (bedroom and room) The door to the actual accommodation looked like it had previously been forced open leaving broken wood at the side of the door frame, attached by a nail and leaving a gap where you could clearly see into the hall. Made us feel extremely uneasy and I feel that this should have been rectified before we stayed.
Unfortunately the people in the accommodation above had a young child that woke us all up at 6am this morning continuously running back and forward. Not necessarily something that can be prevented but it wasn’t the most relaxing morning. Very thin floors between the accommodations and noise level was really bad
- Rob (10/5): Exceptional -
