- A. (3/5): My experience - The staff are friendly and nice people The rooms are smaller than expected. Not suitable for family of more than 3. The rooms have tv and aircon. Iron/hairdryer are not available I saw cockroaches on the floor. Lift is not available. The only working water dispenser (hot n cold water) are downstairs.

- Rachel (2/5): Very poor - There is 24/7 service which is very convenient. The staff was quite nice even though ony one of the two speaks proper english. The room was a bit dirty and obviously smoked in so it didnt smell very nicely in there. The bathroom was so small, that anything i brought in (like towel r something to change into afterwards) was inevitably wet. on top of all we received room facing the street, so there was a lot of noise coming in even through closed windows.
