• Rantou-stampoliou (1/5): Not staying there again!!! - Location All linen, bedsheets, towels full of stains and holes. It looks like they were used for a long time. Bed mattress fully uncomfortable, pillows were so bad that I had a headache and my neck was in such a bad condition!
• Plamen (4/5): Convenient, but cold and noisy - 24-hour check in, convenient location Heater did not work, no real description where to park, and worst part, extremely noisy, next to a busy road, and no noise insulation, as if windows were open all the time. Could not sleep at all.

This looked sketchy so I asked them to cancel the booking which they confirmed they would do, but they did not do this in time, they cancelled the next day based on no-show after I again contacted them about this and I haven't got my 100 euros back...

• Anonymous (8/5): Simple & fast, a bed in Zug to spend a night - absolutely automatic, easy access, self explaining, no issues. operational tasty furnishing, absolutely clean, mega calm, simple. location at the connecting street, really no human, anonymous.
• Chris (1/5): Bad - We never got there. Hotel Roessli cancelled our Room 24 hours before check in. (We suspect a 'double' booking). Ms Julia Haraszti was very helpful in organising an alternative hotel in Lindcham (SwissEver Hotel). This Hotel was relatively new and nice and clean. The SwissEver Hotel was more difficult to commute from to Zug and back and the 'Free' Parking set us back SFr. 45.00 for this two day stay.
