• Rose (9/5): Perfect for families ... perfect location - Location is great - close to the Duomo and very close to bustling restaurants and shopping. The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms so very good for large groups or families. The kitchen is also good and there is a washing machine which helps when travelling for long periods of time. The lounge area is small for large groups to hang out but I guess if you're out and about a lot it wouldn't be problematic. Beds comfy and rooms quiet at night. When asked for anything - the host was very accomodating and friendly. Maybe supplying pegs and a small washing hanger as the line is outside the window and very hard to navigate. Otherwise - great stay.

• Sonia (8/5): - La casa è ampia e spaziosa, in posizione super centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutti i vari punti di interesse. Fornita di tutto l’occorrente per avere massimo comfort. Le camere affacciano su una via abbastanza trafficata e con diversi locali quindi rumorosa. Nonostante i doppi vetri in caso di sonno leggero si può avere qualche fastidio. Ci sono poi delle piccole migliorie per perfezionare il soggiorno (ad esempio la doccia in una delle stanze era aggiustata con lo scotch, la tavoletta di un WC era traballante e una rovinata..)

Can't go wrong with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms - We arrived a little early and the owner was still cleaning the property but was kind enough to offer the keys so we could come back when ready. 3 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms was so cool to have. Location is very central. Attractions, shopping, restaurants all within 10-20 min walk and fairly close to the train station. A/C issue was promptly addressed. Host was very responsive. We give him an A+. There is not much to not like. Stairs were an issue for us. So, if you have a lot of luggage, something to consider. Also, not much space in the bathrooms for toiletries. Something that can be easily addressed.

Las camas son cómodas y la casa está limpia. Hay que subir muchas escaleras porque no hay ascensor. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta si vas con maletas pesadas o con personas mayores. Para la mayoría de nuestro grupo no fue un problema.

La posizione è eccezionale, nel cuore di Firenze, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. Host disponibile e attento: soggiorno davvero impeccabile, torneremo volentieri!

• Erridge (9/5): Great location, very comfortable apartment. - The property was very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom had its own ensuite. A clothes horse to be able to use the washing machine would have been great.
• Silvia (8/5): Excellent location but be prepared to go up several flights of stairs - Loved the location to Duomo, restaurants, and shopping! Big huge rooms each with a bathroom and lots of storage space Great washer which helped us on a long trip ahead with children Staff was really great and always checked in on us so that was appreciated No elevator, which meant that we had to go up about 3 to 4 flights of stairs with our heavy luggages. For a family of five including three children and about six pieces of luggages it was rough. There was no microwave so it was really hard to pick up something and bring it home to heat up. We couldn’t use the oven either because there were no trays to go into the oven so kitchen utensils are limited. If you’re eating out all the time you shouldn’t have an issue. But if you plan on cooking or bringing food back to warm up, warning that you might not have everything you need to do it. While the location was great, it is in a very heavily congested location, which means that getting a taxi to pick you up is sometimes hard because they can’t stop long enough for you to get in without holding up traffic. Pissed off Italian drivers are scary!

• Graham (8/5): A comfortable 2 nights stay - Great central location and very clean Difficult to find at first! Some of the items in the property just needed to be re-stocked (e.g. there were only 4 wine glasses but property accommodates 6 people).

The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and perfectly located—everything we needed was within walking distance. Right across from the entrance, there’s a Korean restaurant with incredibly delicious food—definitely worth trying! The host was extremely kind, always responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made our experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we’re very grateful for the warm hospitality. Grazie mille! One small thing to note: there was a bit of noise at night, but nothing too disruptive—it was manageable and didn’t affect our stay.

• Kelli (8/5): Great stay! Responsive host! - The bedrooms are large and beds were comfortable. The place was very clean and an easy walk to a lot of great places. The host gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner. One restaurant was the best food we had in Florence and was inexpensive and walking distance. The living room and kitchen are small for a group of six.

• Victoria (7/5): Good - Great location, and the fact that it has 3 bathrooms, one for each room Electricity supply was not able to withstand normal usage for our family of six, could not use the hair dryer as the power supply would cut off, over 2 nights it happened 3 times. Absence of elevator made it very difficult with heavy luggages.

He let us drop off our luggage even though it was too early to check-in and took time to show us the apartment. The apartment is GORGEOUS! The beds are very comfortable and the shower is super modern. The location is PERFECT!!! I highly recommend this apartment. There is nothing we didn't like!

The location of the apartment was great--close to everything but not in a loud area. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having three bathrooms was very nice. There should have been better communication about how to get in the door once we arrived since there is no indication which apartment is the right one on the door buzzer in front. A few written instructions about turning on the gas, opening the front door, and other details of the house would have been helpful, as well.

• Mihai (9/5): A very good accomodation to visit Florence! - It is a large appartment, with pleasant interior design and with an excellent location to visit Florence. There are three separate bedrooms and bathrooms, with plenty of space. Well utilated kitchenette. Quite well sound-proof, despite the otherwise busy and noisy street. Very comfortable! Nothing important (maybe the steep stair, after a long day of walking, and the metal lid of a hole in the street, which sounded in the whole building with every car).

• John (8/5): It was nice but strangely lacked paper products like tissues, paper towels and trash cans in the rooms. - Updated We had to provide paper towels, tissues and trash cans. Own was reluctant to provide enough regular towels for bathing.
