• Claudia (7/5): Good stay, but not really clean and hygienic. - The location, the fully stocked kitchen, the TV, the porch, the washing machine with dryer, comfortable beds The hygiene and the bathrooms, the AC was not really working, one bedroom has no window, the bedsheets were dirty so we had to clean them ourselves, the light in the upper area did not work all the time,

Algunes coses que es podrien millorar, son: - Hi havien 4 forquilles per les 7 persones que erem. - El nombre d'utensilis de cuina era insuficiens. - L'espai de l'armari de la habitació de la planta baixa era molt just. - Sería bones unes expliacions més clares sobre el funcionament de la calefacció i el televisor.

Quick confirmation and contact from the accommodation with all the necessary details for arrival the next day. Great location and clean. Nice social space to gather and good sized, comfortable bedrooms.
• anna (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Ottima posizione a vicina ad autobus e metro. Con i mezzi si raggiungono tutti i luoghi principali in 15/20 minuti. Letti comodi e stanze spaziose. Metterei un porta scarpe in ingresso e un foglio con tutte le istruzioni/regole della casa appeso in bacheca.

• CHRISTINE (5/5): Ok pour un week end - Appartement bien placé à proximité de la gare de Euston, de commerces et de restaurants. L’appartement est très sombre, la chambre du rdc n’a pas de fenêtre. Remontées nauséabondes dans la salle de bain du rdc. Hôte n’ayant aucun sens de la relation client, à peine poli et peu aidant… on a vraiment l’impression de l’ennuyer

Beds were comfy, lots of room for 7 of us. Catering facilities were good - Sainsburys Local literally round the corner which stocked all the essentials - breakfast items and WINE!! :) Communication from the host wasn't as prompt as I would have expected but once communication was received it was clear

• Jonathan (1/5): Absolutely diabolical 'stay'. - After making an emergency dash to London to visit daughter who had been taken into hospital. I booked the property hoping to get a restful night but be easily available if needed close to the hospital, payment was taken and the listing showed late access was available. No details of the access code was available or forthcoming, even though the host was contacted by phone and messages left, even to this day no response has ever been received from the accommodation and although a refund from Booking.com eventually has been agreed.....surprise surprise they received no answer after they tried to contact the host- we had to find alternative accommodation adding to an already stressful night!! Safe to say appalling experience, I would stay clear of this property.

• siobhan (10/5): Great little house for groups by euston - Really lovely little house, great location, easy walking distance from euston. Beds really comfy and plenty of room for a group of 6. Went for a concert at wembley, really easy to get there via tubes, would have been the same for way home but queues were big wembley end so went for a drink at local bar and then got a taxi really cheap back, so easy to get to and from. Only thing was the air con unit blew back inside so hwated up the room too, the windows and door are locked shut, we didn't find the keys to these till leaving so we could have vented the air con outside and opened the windows for freah air, this could have been communicated maybe, but still an amazing place to stay

• Wayne (6/5): Clean house but could use some more attention to detail. - House had almost all amenities. 20 minute walk to Oxford street. I would suggest to leave some table towels so that we could have washed and dried the glasses and plates. There was drainage smell in both bathrooms which was horrible. Bathroom upstairs had no light we had to use it with the door wide open or else you couldn't see anything. We would have appreciated if the house had the availability of more towels. We were 4 adults and a child for 3 days with only 4 large towels and 2 hand towels for the 3 days.
• Gordon (3/5): Rough and smelly - Reasonable amount of space and close to train stations. Good for a large group of people. Smelled damp and of drains/toilet smell upon arrival. Bad or little air circulation. Bathroom extractor fans do not work. The chair/sofa smells of smelly feet. Some corners or bedroom not dusted for considerable time. Fridge door container had not been cleaned. Noisy children running around upstairs. Cars stop outside, engines running, wait and leave all their litter, I think because it is a little side street. Bedside lamps in master bedroom not work. V few plug sockets. Overall the place has been knocked about and decoration is poor quality.

• Martin (8/5): Easy access to Euston, efficient hosts responding quickly! Very pleased we booked! - We were able to leave our bags before check in time which was really useful! The BBQ was so handy and the host replaced the gas quickly so we could use! Excellent kitchen utensils and appliances everything you need! Loved the space! Some of the bedding had residue washing powder on them! Outside area could be tidied up! Cars park outside with engines running!

• Bram (6/5): Meh - Enough room for six people. It said in the info that there would be towels. There were five towels for six people. Via WhatsApp I was told that there would be more in the sofa bed, but there weren’t any. Also, it smelled like a sewer every time we opened the toilet door downstairs. I contacted the contact person but didn’t get any reply. The rest was fine, except for the neighbours who were apparently avid Arsenal fans — they lost a football match, so there was a lot of shouting.

Near public transport, walking distance to Regents Park, Camden markets and the West End The downstairs bathroom had a strong drain odour, I suspect it’s an external issue rather than the property’s fault
• Elaine (10/5): Exceptional - Short cheap taxi ride if you have heavy bags and also a short walk to underground station to get around for rest of your stay. Property has everything you need and very comfortable beds. No complaints from any of us and will stay again.
• Debra (9/5): Lovely house in good location for the Tube - Lovely house in a good location for Euston Station. We were a group of 6 ladies, so we had plenty of sleeping options. Beds were comfy, and bedding was clean and actually smelt pleasant. The kitchen was well stocked, more than enough cups, glasses, and cutlery. The dishwasher was very handy to save time once we had had our breakfast. Very handy having the two bathrooms. We will definitely use the property again. I did have to message about trying to find the towels, so maybe leave them out to save us disturbing Oscar. Parking is a bit of an issue, so if reliant on using your car, maybe find a space prior to booking the property. I did message for the check-in details, as I wanted to be organised, but only got them whilst on route. For peace of mind, I would have preferred the details at least the day before

• Carolyn (10/5): Perfect house/location for groups of 5-10 - Great location 15-20 mins walk from St Pancras, Kings Cross & Euston train stations. 20 mins in the other direction reaches the shops, restaurants & bars of Camden. All facilities were clean and comfortable - even including some comforts we didn't expect (hair dryer, straighteners, shower/hair products, tea/coffee/sugar). Sofa bed was easy to make/dismantle. The accommodating host allowed us to access the property a little early so we weren't dragging cases around London (subject to other guest bookings). Good communication with the host throughout. I'm struggling to list anything negative, but it took me a while to work the fancy kettle 😁

• Fanny (8/5): Pleasant stay in London - Conveniently located in the heart of London, short walking distance from different Underground and bus stations and lines. Although located in a quiet street, you can hear the neighbors’s music and conversation.
• Lisa (9/5): Clean property! - So CLEAN! Appreciated the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), towels, and trash cans in every room. Host was easy to get a hold of and addressed everything promptly. The location was great, it just felt like a long walk to the station with our suitcases in tow. Super easy walk without it.
