- Anthony (1/5): How disappointing. - The view was amazing. Everything in this unit was a disappointment. Beds were hard, bed covers were stained, furniture was dated, the lounge was sticky. Outdoor furniture was broken. Dryer belt screeched in use. Toilet only half flushed. Windows were locked and only opened 50mm, so there was no breeze. Screens had holes in them. Screen door was broken. Air cons require cleaning. Cutlery was dirty. Plates and cooking utensils need refreshing. No bbq as listed. It was in the shed, for the cockroaches to enjoy, along with broken tables and other personal items that had to moved to allow our vehicles in.The linen press had a smell like wet dog. The entire unit smelt. I spent 2hrs cleaning the unit and spent just under $100 on cleaning products and air fresheners.
This unit is in an amazing location. The view is sensational .

- Jennifer (4/5): Location worked well functionally. Quite area but the apartment felt very unloved and tired. - Great location and view over the inlet. Good sized balconies. Spacious place. There is no spa - not functioning! Cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom, only basic cleaning done prior - dirty balconies, fluff covering exhaust fans in bathrooms, very 80s style - like your grandad's house - including all kitchen items. Many light globes not working. Mattresses are old.
After responding to their text to rebook (on second day), received NO response from mananging agents. Rang twice but the number we were given just rings out.

- Alyson (7/5): Worthwhile - The view location access via the lift was excellent for my 80 yr old mum . Didn’t appreciate the fact that the property manager had no idea about the renovations being carried out on the apartments hence no entry access to back garage or back access .
Also extremely disappointed had no access to the spa on the roof - this was the whole reason I booked this place . For us all to enjoy a spa .
Cleanliness of the apartment , mildew around the bathroom tapes and sink holes , food scraps behind the door ,
Kids clothing in draw assumed left by last visitors .
Cane Chairs on the balcony didn’t look like we could sit in them didn’t try in case I fell through .
