She is willing to help me around to withdraw cash and she recommended nearby banks where I can withdraw some cash and shops where I can buy Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional attire). This is located in a business district, so highly recommended for those who want affordable accommodation when traveling for business. They also have a cafe. Clean and spacious room, with its own wifi and Netflix-ready TV. Fast and no hassle transactions. It is not within the Hanoi Old Quarter, but you can just book a Grab and travel for about 15-20 mins if you want to explore the Old Quarter. It might be difficult to find it first, but nearby people are helpful enough to guide going to the exact location.

- Morris (8/5): It was great! - Foremost, i appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff were from the time we arrived until we left. They went beyond their way just to ensure that our stay at the hostel would be as comfortable as possible. I also admired the very kind gesture of the owner of the hostel particularly when she treated us to dinner during our first night of stay.
