• Ian (9/5): This is a beautiful apartment with only minor failings. We had an excellent stay. - The space, decor, particularly the artwork. Middle room was quite dusty, not cleaned well. It had sweetie wrapper on the floor. Only one teatowel, no cloth for wiping in the kitchen, too much damaged cracked crockery ie cups with cracks and chips. There was no salt or pepper container. A provision of a few umbrellas would be a nice touch.

• Cassidy (10/5): Wonderful place to call temporary home while visiting the area. - Beautifully decorated, spacious and close to many attractions. Wonderful and attentive hosts. Highly recommend! Noisy street in the mornings and lacked any basics like spices & oil for cooking.

• Dalit (10/5): Great location great experience - The apartment is great! Big, beautiful , comfortable and clean! It is 12 min walk from the Duomo. Bar and supermarket are very close. Andrea met us right on time was very nice and explained us about everything

• Hemal (9/5): Superb - Loved the property and Nicolas was very friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and rooms were cozy. Really loved the decor of the house and well equipped kitchen. The sewage smell in the bathrooms was real bad last couple days of our stay. Nicholas did try to rectify it by pouring some solution right away but it didn't help much. Has nothing to do with the owners , but the building is super old and there is a rail track being installed in the front of building, which probably caused the issue.
• Nitzan (4/5): Has potential, lacks implementation - Comfy beds and sofa, specious apartment, hot water 1- No Wi-Fi - for first two days we had no Wi-Fi at all, while working remotely this was absolutely impossible to enjoy the stay when we need to jump to cafe for internet, and my girlfriend which is a psychologist couldn’t because she needs privacy while working, afterwards he fixed it and even tried to give us other line but the signal was devastating, wasn’t even enough to play something on Netflix with the lovely tv he got there. 2- No keys for bathrooms and bedrooms, was hard to privacy which was really not convenient for us. 3- Noises on the street, from the train works, without notice or warning, it’s really important to mention that in our opinion, because we sleep till around 10am and we wouldn’t take it if we knew we’d lose 2h of sleep. 4- Weird smell from the sewage that the holder explained as “a problem in all the building” 5- No towels or sheets changed during 6 nights, we asked the holder tho and he orders the cleaner for us to change it for us. 6- The house holder was not understanding and not willing to give any kind of compensation for the above. He did fix some of the things or at least tried, but on the expense of our personal time, which by our opinion was just rude. The apartment has a lot of potential, but the house holder needs to change the attitude and host people in the way they would like to come back again
• Nouf (7/5): Good - The place was beautiful more than the pictures and about 14 minutes from the centre,the interior design was vintage and classy. If you have sensitive sleep you will struggle because all the streets around the building under structure.

• Lindsey (9/5): Amazing - The apartment was spacious and wonderful. It was in a quiet location but close enough to walk everywhere. Everything in the apartment was updated and easy to use. The pillows to the beds were really hard. The noise from the streets carried into the rooms at night. Construction in front of the apartment was also loud in the early mornings.

• Tracy (9/5): I very much loved this location and accommodation. - Cavour 83 Prestige House was beautiful! From the moment you enter the grand entry door then on up to the accommodations. Nice perk was the small elevator however there still are some stairs to climb. The property was clean, comfortable, SPACIOUS where there was room to 2 families. The kitchen and large living room don’t have air conditioning but there is a large fan, the bedrooms do have air conditioning. The property is amazing no complaints. There is construction on a new rail track in front. It was no bother to us but there are blocked roads.

• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - We loved staying at this beautiful apartment. It was very centrally located and beautifully decorated. Would love to stay at this apartment again. We were short on towels and garbage bags. That was our only complaint.

• Sophia (8/5): it would be great had it been at a difftent time. - Beautiful property aesthetically, great location! Spacious! Comfortable beds ! Great showers and water pressure! I wish we were told that their is major construction zone going on ( they are building underground train station) it’s literally at the property line, all the drilling of the asphalt was horrible and so loud!!!!!!Heavy machinery everywhere making noises, blocking traffic. My daughter and son can sleep through anything and even they were super annoyed by the noise. Taxis refused to come there , it was very frustrating to log your luggage! In addition something to be aware of ( the floors in the unit squeak obnoxiously loud! No USB outlets!

• Siobhann (10/5): Exceptional - The property is beautiful, the high ceilings, the walk in closet and all the other intricate details will leave you wanting to extend your stay! I’m super maximalist so the exterior and interior ticked all my boxes! I left my phone in Italy and the host was kind enough to deliver to a nearby family member ! That’s customer service you cannot beat. Nothing!
