- Edward (3/5): Overall experience during the stay in this unit - The unit looks like brand new unit with ikea concept design, good ventilation and good sound proofs (literally can't hear any sound from room to room spread). Presentable rooms design look from outside. Looks organized overall unit. Is very nearby to Aeon shopping mall, police station and MRT station by walking distance if you want to travel by using public transport. Have to give thumbs up for customer service especially Ophilea who took initiatives to promptly call back, tried her best to serve because of no toiletries in the unit and kitchen washing tools by apologizing though was already after working hours. Bedsheets cleanliness can be better, can see the hair stains on the bedsheets. No necessary toiletries in the bathroom and towels provided due to not refill by the management. Jug kettle was not usable due to some weird plastic taste. No kitchen washing tools. And have to spent on toiletries and towels by own cost.
