Room wasn't clean when we arrived, host managed to move us for the night to another location, fortunately we had our own transport as it was 15 mins away. There was construction site that started up at the alternate location at 6am.

• drew (8/5): Beautiful Broadway......We will be back. - Perfect location, just 100m to the beach and the beautiful Broadway Cafe. Highly recommend for coffee, cake and meals. Loved the homely feel, so handy having a full-size kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. The master bedroom is lovely with lots of natural sunlight, and the bed was super comfortable. Bedroom sizes were fantastic and bigger than we thought. The decor in the whole apartment is just stunning and has such a calm beachy feel about it. Easy check-in and check-out too. We were actually offered an early check-in in which was very kind, unfortunately, we didn't arrive till the evening but very thoughtful offer. The host was very accommodating and contacted us throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the cabinetry in the bathroom seemed to have water damage which was causing quite a bad smell. We reported this to the host and we have been told this will be replaced in the near future. The bunk bed frame in the second bedroom was very squeaky, but comfortable just the frame squeaks whenever you move, which I guess is just a minor thing. The staircase to the apartment really needs a good clean and perhaps a little makeover. Parking was difficult as we have a 4x4 however, perfect for a smaller sedan or SUV.

• Maria (8/5): A great apartment right near s lovely stretch of beach. - It was nicely decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to town but quiet - very close to the beach and a few nice facilities nearby. The building itself is a bit scruffy with little ‘curb appeal’ and it’s up two flights of stairs. probably my fault as I’ve booked lots of accommodation lately but I expected a Small house rather than a flat. once inside it was very nice.
• June (8/5): Very good - Very good location , lots of equipment and clean sheets and towels, comfortable bed and lounge Rug in lounge very dirty, needs replacing, out on landing not very inviting.
