Beds and pillows are absolutely horrible, Air conditioning didn’t function at all throughout our stay and the landlord couldn’t bother to fix it. Cutlery and utensils in the unit are chipped or stained! The shared shower unit also has its flooring stained

Do not even consider it. - There was no water and the host was not communicative from the prior evening through the following morning; in fact I did not hear from them until two days later. The host refused a refund after booking suggested I could leave and get one given the lack of water and communication. This place is also not clean and in a dilapidated building. I would avoid this place at all costs. The check in coordinator was rude and not very helpful. When I had an issue they were nonexistent. The place was not in good shape and I would not recommend anyone staying there.

O anfitrião solicita uma taxa de 300 USD como caução para casos de danos ou infrações às regras da propriedade (no meu caso, 315, pois só consegui pagar com o paypal - as outras formas de pagamento não são aceitas no Brasil e o PayPal cobra taxa de serviço). Após o check-out, eles pedem 2 semanas para devolver o valor, mas já vai completar um mês e até agora não fui estornada. Venho pedindo um retorno desde então e a única resposta que recebo é que estão verificando com a gerência. Considero isso um desrespeito com o hóspede, que respeitou as regras e confiou no anfitrião, mas não teve o mesmo tratamento. The host requests a $300 security deposit for damages or violations of property rules (in my case, $315, as I could only pay with PayPal – other payment methods are not accepted in Brazil and PayPal charges a service fee). After check-out, they ask for two weeks to return the money, but it's been almost a month and I still haven't received the refund. I've been requesting for an update ever since, and the only reply I get is that they are checking with the management. I consider this disrespectful to the guest, who followed the rules and trusted the host, but did not receive the same treatment.

• Tomas (1/5): This property is a scam - We have not received the return of our security deposit, despite leaving the apartment in excellent condition in accordance with the agreed terms. The condition of the property at checkout is fully documented with photos and videos. Multiple attempts to contact the property management firm regarding the status of the deposit have gone unanswered.
• Dr Carla (10/5): Wonderful stay in Beverly Hills. - The location was phenomenal. The apartment itself was perfect, clean, just the right size, great ambiance. The parking space is such a huge perk!!! Beautiful quiet street. The directions for getting in were a bit incomplete (had to figure out how to get into the building and garage with the fob) but outside of this, everything was excellent.

• Gaby (1/5): Stay here is you want to be an extra $300 short. - The location was great and was situated in a safe neighbourhood. It was nice to have a electric kettle. The exhaust in both of the bathrooms did almost nothing and need a through clean to uptake any water from our showers. Our security deposit was never returned even after numerous attempts to contact them as well as contacting Booking.com.
• xiaozhou (3/5): Renters Be Aware! The Property Owner Did NOT Refund Security Deposit!! - Very good location. Nice and safe neighborhood. The property owner took our $300 security deposit and never returned the money. We had to file a complaint and provide supporting documents to Booking.com to eventually get our money back.
• Guido (7/5): Nice place in Beverly Hills - A great place to stay in Beverly Hills. The apartment is comfortable and bright, and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is located just a few blocks from shops, within walking distance The coffee maker wasn't working. Furthermore, the management took a long time to return our damage deposit, which negatively impacted our travel experience with them

• Janet (1/5): Very disappointed with the communication from the company - The fact that we were asked to pay a damage deposit of £252 which we did straight away , but after 3weeks we have not received it back after several messages and several phone calls absolutely nothing , shocking customer service Dishonest disgraceful behaviour !! Avoid at all cost which is such a shame!!
• Henrik (9/5): Dejlig lejlighed med super beliggenhed. - Dejlig stor lejlighed med rigtig god beliggenhed, nemt til alt. Et stort plus var garagen. Dejlig rolig kvarter. Super med pool og spa. En beskrivelse på hvordan man kommer ned til pool/spa, ville være godt. Det tog faktisk noget tid inden vi fandt den. Det var dog noget bøvl at skulle ind i den anden garage for at komme til en dør ud til poolen, da vi ikke havde dørkoden til postrummet.

• Williams (10/5): Great location, apartment and parking A* - The apartment is in a great location with safe secure underground parking, the lift did have a couple of faults during our stay but once we’d worked out the stairs locations it was ok. The apartment is roomy comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay. There is a pool and hot tub outside that we did eventually find after some hunting but didn’t end up using. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to LA. The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped and a map showing exactly where the garbage Shute, pool facilities and staircases were would be helpful.

• Karin (7/5): Ok stay in L.A. - Good location and well furnished. Parking in basement easy. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker and basic dishes. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms. It was difficult to find the keys. When I called the 2 numbers given for assistance, 1 did not pick up and 1 was rather unfriendly. There is an agent onsite who is actively renting or selling units of the property. They told us that short term lease is not allowed. This did not make us feel welcome..Quite nerve wrecking after a 12 hour flight. We were to to dispose of garbage after stay. Why? Cleaners should take care of this.

• Suzanne (8/5): Great price for Beverly Hills! - The location was idea as I was attending a wedding within 5 minutes driving from this Condo. The price for two nights was much better then if I had stayed at the wedding venue. I had been told there would be an ironing board available and there wasn’t one. Also, there was a lot of mold or dirt along the baseboards of both bathroom vanities which wasn’t pleasant to look at. Not a huge deal but I’ve stayed in lots of places and this one was by far not as clean as ones in past stays.

It was great overall and not much to say negative. Maybe a few more bits in the kitchen would have helped (cutlery, bowls etc) but it didn’t affect our stay. We had a salad bowl made in a pan one night! Adds to the adventure. But nothing we disliked about it

• Phil (10/5): Perfect place to stay for our family of 4 - We loved the beds and the bed linen. Car parking was awesome. Proximity to all Hollywood, Beverly Hills attractions. Also easy to get to Santa Monica. Very central location. Oh and the free bottle of Grey Goose under the bed was a lovely touch - thank you :) The coffee machine didn't work as expected... Also ice-making facilities would have been great.

Loved that the host had prepared coffee, washing liquid and detergent. One less thing to think about during a holiday. neighbor downstairs complaining that we were noisy. we were barely at the apartment.. only there to rest and would explore most of the day.
