• Payam (9/5): - Location was good being close to the train station and having amenities like the washing machine and kitchen made it really easy too. Lack of space for your suitcase and the mattress was really thin and lumpy

• Maria (8/5): Comfy and Clean - The place is < 5 minutes walk from Shinsen Station. 1 Station away from Shibuya Station by Inokashira Line. This is very good point for us. The room is comfortable. We are group of 4 of adults (parents and 2 adults kids). The size is around 43 is quite spacious for Japanese Housing. It has big storage area for your luggages but inside a cupboard. If you are planning to just keep your luggage open, it will be a bit full. The wifi is quite fast for all of us. The place also provides many charging/electricity outlet as well for charging. The toilet, bathroom and washing area is quite spacious. Washing machine, iron board and iron are available as well. The bedroom is ok, quite enough for the 4 of us. All in all we had a good time there. Thank you Not too many eating utensils available. Only small plate (3) and 4 small bowl At least to provide proper size of dinner plate (4) and 4 pieces normal size bowl to eat ramen as well fork and spoon.

• Vasileios (8/5): A fine option in a very convenient spot. - Excellent location, near many restaurants, bars and about 10 minutes walk from Shibuya station. The owner was helpful and assisted asap with all our questions. We were 4 guests, and the space was just enough for us, a big bedroom, a big bathroom and a somewhat tight kitchen/corridor. The room was clean and overall satisfying. A good value for money. A few more amenities would be appreciated. The decoration and furnitures were basic but didn’t job.

• Kylie (5/5): Good location. Quite small. - As much as the room was OK with a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 older teenagers) & 4 large suitcases it was an incredibly tight squeeze. We were on top of each other a bit but we survived ok. I just would have preferred a little more space.
• Van Dyke (10/5): Phenomenal place to stay in Shibuya. Close enough to the (good) chaos of Shibuya but separated enough to not deal with - Super spacious at a great price for Shibuya. Had everything you’d need for 1-2 people to stay comfortably. Really easy check in and check out. Would 100% stay here again Not much at all. The only minor issue was the language barrier on some of the appliances but this was probably user error on my part more than anything.

• Josephine (10/5): A great choice for convenient location in Tokyo. - Great location, close to everything. A good set up for a couple or small family. A flat sheet would be good for sleeping in summer.
• Spiros (8/5): - The beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to Shinsen station if you don't want to brave the humidity, but 10 minutes walk gets you right in the heart of Shibuya. The owner gives clear instructions on how to get there and gain access to the apartment and how to use the facilities. Excellent communication. Nothing that would be a deal breaker.
• Catherine (5/5): The cost per night was more expensive than a nice hotel with amenities. - Location The mattress was worn with springs popping up while laying down. Insects of some sort stung/bit us in our sleep. There wasn’t a top sheet. No extra bedding. Bare minimum on everything. Didn’t feel welcoming.
• Carly (8/5): Super convenient location and amenities. - The balcony was nice to have. Could see mountains with snow in the distance, and the sunny day allowed our washing to dry quickly. Quiet spot close to the main Scramble area. Liked the kitchen Nothing.
• Mywa (8/5): Nice location with the basics that work - It had most things you need in an apartment just to sleep and enjoy Tokyo. It fits 4 people for sure, but it’s a bit of a struggle with a lot of luggage. Nice neighborhood, close to Shibuya but also in a 15 minutes walk from Nakameguro It had only one key, and I know Tokyo is a really safe city. But the alternative to leave the keys in the lobby, wasn’t the most practical thing.

• Tracey (9/5): This apartment made our holiday. I'd be happy to go back and live in it. - After staying in a tiny hotel room for a week this property was an absolute joy. It is spacious, comfortable (especially the beds and pillows!) has a little balcony. The short walk to Shibuya Scramble is past lots of independent bars and restaurants full of character. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. I cannot fault this property and its location.

• Amy (8/5): Comfortable and clean, easily accessible. - Comfortable, minimalistic accommodation in a relatively convenient location. Just a few mins walk from local subway line which links straight to Shibuya Station. Loved the fridge/freezer, shower and bathroom were great. Bidet function on the toilet didn't work properly though, just created puddles on the floor.

• Gerald (9/5): Very good stay for reasonable price ! - The location was perfect for us. Close to Shibuya crossing, and many restaurant on tue way. The apartment was clean and functional. It was also very easy to check in and exchange with the owner. We recommand ! I would recommend to as some accessories in tue kitchen. Glasses for wine, and for exemple, scissors, etc. You have almost nothing there.
• Alexia (8/5): A nice appartment in a great location. - The location is fantastic, an easy walk to Shibuya train station, near very nice restaurants, yet in a quiet area. It lacked basic amenities to make our stay comfortable such as glasses, knives, bottle opener, kitchen towels.
• Natalie (6/5): Pleasant - We loved the location - at the top of Urashibuya street full of cool and varied restaurants and bars. We stayed here as a family of four. It was small - as expected for central Tokyo. The issue we had was that the apartment entrance was to the outside so every time you opened the door the hot humid July air came flooding in. We had to close ourselves in the bedroom to stay cool.

• Helen (9/5): Nice apartment in a great location. - Loved the location - great area and easy to get to Shibuya station. Lots of nice little bars and restaurants on the street opposite. Comfy beds, also appreciated the storage cupboards! We were woken up around 6am by the noise outside - BUT we are light sleepers, this might not be a problem for most people. That's the only negative for us - we would still stay here again though!
