Gareth (9/5): - Value for money , great location. The pool cue could do with replacing.
Glenys (9/5): Dated but well worth the price - It was quiet. Spacious and catered for 6 women adequately. Under the beds were not checked as l found a phone lead and dust.
Grant (6/5): Adequate but not great. - it wasn't bad overall just a couple of things were a bit disappointing. i know it was in the ad, so we knew and we were prepared, just having to supply own linen was a bit of a hassle. also thins like the pool table, the only cue we had was half of a broomstick, made it very hard to play. and the bbq, i think the gas regulator on it is stuffed so we had a turd of a time using that as well.

Siros (7/5): The property was ok , it just needed a little touch to make your stay comfortable and so pleasant - good price it runs out of hot water which is inconvenient
Linda (7/5): Good - I loved the floors, it was very cool. There were plenty of beds. There was a pool table which was amazing. 2 fridges so plenty of room for drinks and food. The yard was big and enclosed and there was an extra little yard that was off 1 of the rooms that was completely enclosed, so we felt safe. Loved the balcony with plenty of chairs Everything was quite outdated, the pool table was good but rickety, we didn't get left with any extra bin bags or washing up liquid. 1 of the curtains got pulled off because the clips were very brittle, just an older style house but we didn't expect 5* because we were lucky to only pay what we did for a long weekend away and it made our weekend that we could all fit in to the house together
Warren (4/5): Promising property if only it was clean - Good location in a quiet street. Less than 5 mins drive to the beach and to the Cowes town centre. The house was big, enough to fit 2 families. 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, and a separate laundry room. Spacious living area, front, and backyard. Parking can fit 2 to 4 cars. Dog friendly property. Stocked with games and a games room with a pool table and foosball for kids. Dirty, dusty beds, pillows, and beddings. They seriously can cause health issues and must be replaced. Dirty, smelly bedroom carpets. Dirty couches. No linen provided (we were told about this upfront). Make sure to bring your own pillows, sheets, and towels. The curtains were broken. The bins were full so there was nowhere for us to dispose of our rubbish. The water heater didn't work the first night - fixed the next day however, they should have left instructions on how to fix it upfront (it was easy to do). Cupboards were full of stuff, a lot of them are also locked off, so you can't really use them to store your stuff. Dust everywhere. Overall, the property looked dirty and it doesn't look like it gets cleaned properly.
