• Laura (9/5): Super gezellige en handige accommodatie! - Heel dicht bij het station en toch super rustig in de kamer. De lift en de self check-in was super handig en de kitchenette met frigo is een groot plus punt. De kamer is super comfortabel en gezellig ingericht en we mochten na uitchecken onze bagage achterlaten in de kamer. Ideaal voor als je een paar nachten in Firenze verblijft! Er was geen wc-papier aanwezig, maar we hebben onze plan getrokken.

• Kongsen (10/5): I really love staying here. Highly recommend to anyone who want to visit Florence. - It is very near to the train station. Very convenient to travel to the famous place and to travel to other towns. The room is very clean. The kitchen is very well designed.
• Rita (9/5): Large and comfortable room in the centre of Florence - The room is very spacious and has a lot of light, the bed is very comfortable and almost no noise is heard from the rest of the building. The kitchenette is well equipped. There were minor issues, nothing really troublesome, that the host can easily fix: the shower head kept coming off, the washing baisin almost doesn't drain and its pipe must have a leak that creates a small puddle on the floor.
• Tu (10/5): Don't hesitate, book this! - Top location, right next to the central station. However, the apartment does not directly face the main street, so it's still quiet. The host is nice and helpful. The studio is new, clean, and well designed. No kettle :(
• Xuenan (2/5): Bad - The only advantage of this property is location. There are couple of things i need to complain about in advance because this experience is very bad. Firstly, their wifi is not working at all. I have sent message by whatsapp to property owner since we checked in. She told us technician is working on it….. i really don’t know how long it will take to fix the issue. I guess we will not be able to have any wifi before we leave. The wifi was not working and we have to use our own data. secondly, no hot water on 15-Jan morning and i contacted the property owner, which was fixed then. However, this is unepexted… thirdly,their AC is not working properly. The AC temp was not reflected on the dashboard, we contacted property owner on 15-Jan. she tried to fix it. But,My friend and i woke up at 4 am on 16-Jan due to lower room temperature. I had contacted property owner again, she said the thermostat will shut down when the room is reach out to the required temperature. It may reach out to the required temp based on what it’s set up. But it did not feel like as the temp as it’s required. It’s too cold for us, and we CANNOT turn it on. I contacted the property owner this morning but it was not fixed at day time. We were back to the place at 4pm. AC is still shut down and we cannot turn it on, this is very disgraceful….. Lastly, not enough toilet paper……property owner said she would bring new rolls but she didn’t….. ( finally, her brother came to send some toilet paper) Please not the rubbish collection and towel change would cause additional charge -40 euro, which i have never heard at any hotels. Their facility is not working properly or cannot be fixed within 12 hours which means they are not prepared for guests at all. They really need to fix those issue prior to opening. This is very bad and would not recommend this place to be advertised on your website.
• Farzana (10/5): A wonderful stay - Location--it is right across from the Santa Maria Novela station and the room was perfect, elegant, and quiet. It is not that I dont like. I just want to point out that the condominium has central AC/Heater system that is controlled by the building so, there isn't much one can do. But the Giulia was wonderful and tried hard to assist me. No matter what, I like the room. Also, please provide a few more towels for those who stay more than 2 nights.

• Gareth (10/5): Perfect apartment for a Florence visit. A home from home. - Excellent. Clean. Well equipped. Comfy bed and room. Great location for the train station and the city access. Easy check in. Lovely en suite. Brilliant. Only 1 thing. No kettle but able to boil water. Mini coffee machine saved the day.

• Wanyu (7/5): Location is great! - It’s opp the train station, very convenient. Instructions for self check in is clear. The host allowed us to store our luggage’s in the room. Tourist spot are walkable! The property is not very clean, can improve in housekeeping for example, floor is dusty, bed sheets and pillow cover are dirty. It gets noisy as train station is very close by. There are a few mosquitoes flew in the room when we open the window, it will be nice if there’s a mosquito repellent prepared in the room or to let us know in advance

• Monique (10/5): Would highly recommend! It was clean and comfortable. Very close to all the attractions too :) - Big space with a beautiful view! One of the shower heads was broken, but it didn’t really matter since there is another one.
