• Iuliana (4/5): Probably if it wasn’t that hot days we would’ve have enjoyed our stay better. Tha staff is amazing no complaints about t - Good location No cooling in the second bedroom and the nights are very hot so we could not sleep. No local Tv
• Gerald (7/5): - Air-conditioning as it was so hot in Echuca. Location was good. Outdoor area wasn't very appealing.
• Cyril (8/5): Convenient to the town centre. A good stay on the whole & a carport to park our car. Very comfortable inside the hou - A nice modern home with a large covered deck leading out from the huge kitchen.Had all the necessary cooking appliances and utensils, plus a BBQ out on the deck. It had undercover parking for our car. 1. We have complaints about the TV. It wasn’t hooked up to the normal Australian TV stations so we couldn’t watch any news or weather reports which is vital when you are travelling. No detailed instructions on how to use the remote so we could NOT get any TV at all, e.g, Netflix as there was no Netflix button on the remote! 2. Minor issue - no iron or ironing board which should be mandatory in holiday rental places.

• Ken (7/5): While we did enjoy our stay the little things noted above just made life a little difficult - Quite large house, clean and it close proximity to town There was no kindling for the wood heater and the ash tray hadn’t been emptied for quite a while. Clothes airer was broken and in usable. Dust pan was broken. No soap in shower. No BBQ equipment.

• BRown (9/5): Clean, comfortable and quiet. - Location was great and house provided all that we needed. Very quiet area and peaceful. Would have liked to be able to view local TV stations.

• Helen (8/5): Clean & spacious - The house was very clean and spacious. The pantry was stocked with some essentials for our guest use and we were supplied with milk, juice, biscuits and a variety of teas and other hot beverages. Although it was too cold for outdoor activities whilst we were there, I did see a lovely outdoor setting on the back decking and a barbeque, which would be wonderful in the warmer weather. The house was very cold (It was 11 degrees in Echuca whilst we were there). Being an older style house there were quite a few "airy" gaps, especially around the front door. We could not get the fire going (despite us having experience with fireplaces) so we presume the flu may need attention as it would not draw for the fire to stay ignited. Fortunately there were a couple of reverse cycle air-cons, but these were not sufficient to heat the entire house. We stayed 3 nights and could not get the television working till the 3rd night due to wi-fi issues. There is no free-to air stations provided, only Netflix, presumably there is no tv aerial installed. Luckily we were out and about most of the time and there were board games provided so we kept ourselves entertained.

• John (9/5): Superb - Big kitchen with living room. Very close to shopping centre and clubs. Walls need to repair and repaint. Need TV antenna to watch local tv channels. Netflix has been logged off twice for no reason.
• Susan (8/5): Very good - The property was clean and tidy, spacious for our family of three. Fridge had milk , juice, and cold water available. a guide to the property was also available. The house remained cool on the hottest of days and was a welcome relief from the hot weather. The kitchen was better equipped than many other places we have previously used, though a grater would have been useful to have access to. The house guide almost seemed to be for a different house. There were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, though they were mentioned in the guide. There were no reading lamps in either room, though we did find what appeared to be a remote for one sitting in the letterbox. The clothesline was a Hills hoist, which we did use, but the mentioned retractable line did not exist. The second bed was reportedly comfortable, though the master bed was very low to the ground, and had a foam mattress topper, which was hot and uncomfortable. We also think the mattress was lower at the head than the foot. For a six day stay, we were only given a single bath towel each and had to wash them once. We also had to purchase more loo paper, as we only had one spare roll and half a roll on the holder (which was barely holding on to the wall). We were also slightly disappointed that there was no free to air TV available. After spotting a rooftop antenna, the aerial socket was found in the second bedroom, which did not have a TV.. It does not appear to be a costly fix to run a cable to the lounge room, which would fix this issue. All these issues were minor and did not seem to warrant contacting our hosts at the time. We would stay again in future. P.S.. we had a hysterical moment when trying to use the spa bath, which tried very hard to flood the bathroom.

• Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - It was a nice house, had everything and the location was close to shops. Love the gate, safe for kids. Recommend anyone to stay there Just the blinds, we are use to dark room in the morning it was to bright and wake us up in the morning with sun shining through.
• Pearce (10/5): Exceptional - All amenities were in great condition condiments in cupboards and coffee provided made for an easy and enjoyable experience. Laundry facilities and cleaning products provided for a seamless stay. Outdoor bbq and patio was an added touch made for enjoyable family dinners and evenings relaxing outdoors. We will be back to stay at this property definately. Spa function on the bath button didn't work needed to be turned on from outside.

• Samantha (8/5): We had a lovely time. Value for money was great. Would recommend staying here to family and friends - Location was great, very central. House and outdoor area was spacious. A full kitchen was good to have. Wood fireplace was great! Split system heaters didn’t work well. Lucky for the wood fireplace. There were no bedside lamps in the bedrooms.
• Simone (9/5): Superb - Lovely house in a great location very clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable we had everything we needed the coffee machine was a nice treat. Loved the range of board games available. One of the outdoor chairs was broken unfortunately one of the guests did fall but was unhurt.

• Chun (8/5): Good location and close to centre - Good location and close to centre, fully equipment kitchen, good for short stay Only one bedroom has Air-con and other bedroom has a cooling fan. That is a bit cold for winter.

• Graham (3/5): Not very comfortable, left early. - Needed a lot of TLC, lawns not mown, the outside hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Blinds broken and no proper tv channels.
• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely large 2 bedroom house, lots of natural light, large bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining,lounge. The host provided various tea, coffee, fresh apple juice, milk and bread. Large backyard and deck, wheelchair friendly, clean and very inviting. The only thing was that the T.V. only had netflix, not regular T.V, so unable to watch the news/current affairs.
• Jodie (10/5): Exceptional - This holiday home was perfect for our families needs. Our booking for 53 nights was just what we required and the host was amazing and accommodating and when we were not able to do a continuous booking on that specific end date as property had been booked for specific dates prior too our booking , a very well appointed property provided also owned by the same host was provided around the corner a few streets up. Can not thank Naomi enough for being such an amazing, understandable host with booking.com and we whole heartedly with all our thanks recommend this property.

• Graham (7/5): Very spacious accomodation close to town. Ideal for a short break in Echuca - Nice clean and spacious accomodation in a good location, close to town and with its own parking. Great communication from the hosts. Grocery pack they left for us was most welcome - didn't really need anything else for most of the weekend. Nothing springs to mind. Was good value for money.
