- Leth (1/5): Worst experience - The property owner did not know i have booking and the property cannot see my booking it takes 4 hrs to send us to our room.. this airbnb owner is extremely irresponsible not to inform the building receptionist about the booking on his unit. Property owner said i ahould hav message him in which i never done unless i hav special request.. owner keep saying it is my fault not to message him… which is ridiculous…. I received an email plus the app notification however he the owner did not? Lying owner The building receptionist also keep on saying maybe on different hotel though we are showing the address is the same.. additionally this is not my first time to book at arte The experience is worst…. We were given a room at 6:45 pm The owner is not responsible to inform the building about the booking on the platform and let us wait til 6:45pm to hav the room He even tell me i should hav message him😂 in which in booking platform owner of any hotel nor airbnb gets notification for the booking No complimentary hrs not anything hav been made to cover the time lost and hassle for everything

- Norazila (5/5): Passable - Everything ok But the cleanliness very poor, sarung bantal macam tak tukar, berpeta. Bantal kecil dekat sofa berbau, bathroom n bedroom once we open the door, bau tak menyenangkn. Lantai berminyak, tak selesa nak pijak. Tak kena dgn nama tempat as arte.
