• Martin Machalínek (6/5): - Accomodation is in good location (close to the metro, atractions as Petronas or KL tower), many restaurants nearby. Nice view from the room. Basic equipment included. Communication with host was terrible. I was supposed to receive check-in instructions before check-in time (4PM) which didn't happen. I had to ask for those information several times till I finally received any message later during evening. As for the room, room lacks of soma basic maintenance, biggest concern was infestation of little bugs similar to ants. Otherwise our stay was good.

Je lui ai envoyé des messages concernant la TV et il n’a pas donné suite. Par contre, la veille de mon départ, il m’envoie un message pour me rappeler de sortir les poubelles! Pas de bouteille d’eau ni de café/thé, rien qu’une bouilloire à disposition mais pas de tasse ni de verre…

WI (5/5): Erwartungen trotz toller Lage nicht erfüllt - Die gute Lage und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf die Nähe Skyline Der Balkon ist ziemlich klein aber immerhin kann man nach draußen. Etwas beängstigend war das elektrische Schloss das sich wohl jede Stunde irgendwie justieren musste und man immer dachte dass jemand herein kommen will. Zudem musste man auch befürchten dass die Zimmerkarte vielleicht gar nicht funktioniert und man nicht mehr hinein kommt denn so war es bei der Karte für den Aufzug ein paar mal, d.h. man stand IM geschlossenen Aufzug und konnte weder ein Stockwerk drücken noch die Tür von innen wieder aufmachen! Man musste warten bis andere Gäste den Aufzug von außen öffneten. Das ist ein absolutes No Go!! Der Pool war zwar zwar geöffnet aber aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten an der Bar gab es keine Liegen und auch nicht wirklich Entspannung, da die Arbeiter ziemlich fleißig auf der Terrasse unterwegs waren. Zu guter letzt zum Service: es war unmöglich den Vermieter zu erreichen, er reagierte auf keine Nachricht, es gab keine neuen Handtücher/ Wasser/ Toilettenpapier und den Müll musste man auch selbst wegräumen. Das mache ich zuhause gerne aber nicht wenn ich soviel Geld für ein Zimmer bezahle.

Très bon emplacement, proche des tours Petrona, KL Tower et de Bukit Bintang !! Je n'avais pas fait attention que le nettoyage n'était pas inclus dans le prix, j'ai du payer 30 ringit pour que le service de nettoyage passe

• Jason (8/5): Love the view from rooms. Not satisfied nobody cleaned the room - Good view and value money for renting I guess to have a big rubbish bin. And 2 rolls of toilet paper not enough for 4 days staying. And the room agent didn’t pick up the phone when we need them.

• Aleksander (1/5): Terrible experience with unresponsive host, faulty access, no internet, and loud noise all night. - I had a very disappointing experience at this accommodation. From the start, the host asked us via WhatsApp to cancel our booking, promising no cancellation fee, but then failed to follow through with any solutions. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room was given to other guests, and we were placed in a room that did not meet our expectations or the booking conditions. Our check-in was at night, and we immediately faced issues: the access card to the 22nd floor did not work, and using the fire escape stairs was prohibited. Fortunately, we managed to reach the floor thanks to other people exiting. The room lacked internet and bottled clean water. Additionally, unbearably loud music played all night until five in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. We were also trapped in the room because the access card did not work, and if we left, we wouldn’t have been able to return. The host suggested we use the Wi-Fi from a neighboring room, which did not reach our room. The host made no effort to resolve these problems. Due to these significant issues, we decided to leave and are seeking a full refund for the unacceptable conditions. I do not recommend this accommodation.
