Saper (6/5): - I liked how easy and cheap it was to book Finding it, went to the desired location just to be informed by luck that it was in another location by a random person, if it hadn’t been for them wouldn’t have found where we were staying

Mohamed-Bechir (4/5): - Très bon accueil, personnel très aimable. Le matelas, la taille du lit, les équipements vétustes, les cafards, l'isolation (donc le bruit des voisins) les rongeurs qui se baladent dans le faux plafond.
Michelle (8/5): The staff was very helpful especially that we arrived late on New Year's eve. The room is clean. - The location is excellent. It is very close to Victoria Harbour and there are Metro stations just across the buildng. It is acceptable for few nights stay. Very good value of money given the location and the size of the room.

Ryota (1/5): Bad - Female receptionist and bed Many lies in this hostel. I got a room at 8PM although Check-in time is from 1:30PM on Booking.com website . The male receptionist said “The person who stayed on the day before broke the window in your room . We are repairing it”, but when I entered the room, the window was dirty and old. It was not broken. The receptionist said “Check out by 9AM” although it is by 11AM on the website. I complained but he said it has changed because tomorrow is Sunday. I got checked out at 9:30AM after negotiating. They kept 50 dollars for key deposit. I got 48 dollars when I checked out because they didn’t have proper money. Of course the room is not in the building that I expected. They have many places in Chong King mansion. I got a message from Booking.com about a no-show on this booking. I think they want to escape from paying commission to Booking.com. Things they are doing is not a sort of business. Just a funny story or a cartoon. I am sorry for the worst review in my life but this is a truth.
