• MARIVIC (8/5): Comfortable and hood location - Convenient but a bit dated.
• Ruzyski (6/5): Aspens 321 - We enjoy the location of the Aspens and the pool and hot tubs after a day on the slopes. We enjoy the family atmosphere and the comfortable homeyness of the units. The living room furniture could use a clean. The lamp in the bedroom has no knob on it to turn it on or off. You have to unplug it from the wall. The fan cover in the bathroom was hanging off. A slat off the blinds was broken off and leaning against the wall. The olive oil and salt shaker were both empty and left in the cupboard and not replaced. Just small things but they make a big difference. We have stayed at the Aspens several times and always enjoy ourselves. Overall it was comfortable but could use some TLC.

• Breena (5/5): Unit needs some minor work, to fix pretty big inconvenient sleeping arrangements to make this place worthwhile. - Location for our family, staff was very kind. So many things were broken in condo, biggest thing being sofa bed which was not usable by 2 kids without breaking. Not to mention pulsing light that shocked us when we removed light bulb to solve problem. Along with other much more minor things that did not work.

• Judy (4/5): For the price I expected far better. - For the price the room needs alot of cleaning of the walls and carpet, fixing of the closet sliders, the air conditioning system so you don’t need to open the windows to let the bugs in, lamp in living room. Fair better up keep required.
• Isabelle (7/5): It met my expectations but some things in the bathroom must be fixed (fan, towel bar). - I got a really good last minute deal and I was just looking for a clean and quiet place close to the Blackcomb gondola, so this place completely met my expectations. Very quiet with comfortable bed. The bathroom needs some fixing: the fan is partly hanging from the ceiling, the towel bar fell in my hands. Also the description should say that the air conditioning is just a unit in the bedroom, and it is very noisy.

• Clare (5/5): - The apartment was clean and The Aspen's has a gate directly accessible to Blackcomb village at the rear of the property. Lost Lake is also easily walkable. Massive bed, could easily sleep 3! The sofabed was not comfortable. Dips in the middle and you can feel all the springs in the mattress.

• William (10/5): Extremely peaceful and minutes from Blackcomb Gondola - Perfect location, extremely calm and quiet. Lookout is straight into the forest, feels like you have no neighbours.

• Andrew (5/5): We had a lovely vacation. Arriving to a very dirty disgusting place was a hard way to start it. - Location was very good. Unit had a reasonably equipped kitchen. The place is dated. Bed was comfortable We arrived to a pigsty. By the grace of God had the phone number from the original Booking, which allowed us to call. Cleaners did show up however we had to wait two additional hours in order to get in. The unit owner/manager had promised a partial refund for the significant inconvenience, but never bothered to follow up. I would have considerable concerns about this if there was any major problems with the unit when you were there.

• Ted (8/5): Comfortable stay in a great location, with aspects of the unit that need to be updated. - Location (ski in / ski out), building amenities (pool, hot tub, ski valet, on site parking) & comfortable bed in the bedroom. Unit was not up to date: shower head, shower curtain, towel rack, coat rack are very worn and old & all need to be updated. The carpet is dated and old - would recommend a better place to be able to put wet boots other than the small boot mat. Although there was a coffee maker (poor shape) some coffee and tea bags, there was no coffee filters for the coffee maker - we had to buy our own. There were no instructions as to what to do with the recycling, garbage (no extra garbage bags) and dirty towels or where to park underground relative to the location of the unit. There was only a few rolls of toilet paper - not enough for 3 people for a 6 night stay. There were only 2 dishcloths and an old dish brush.

• Inge (6/5): Clean and comfortable but way too pricey - Property is conveniently located to the village. The hidden taxes and extra fees where higher than the overnight fees. They do not make the extra fees clear.
• Xingyu (5/5): Ruined my important trip plan - location is great and the size of cabin is pretty nice...easy access and very quiet in the evening, there many good restaurants within 10 minutes drive and verity food choices. The owner/manager of this property has problem of payment method with Booking.com, he texted via cellphone to tell us to transfer the rental fee via PayPal...we spent 1 1/2 hrs to found out that he is the real owner and this delay ruined my original plan. That day was my birthday, due to the incident I had to cancel the original booking with restaurant table and switched to another restaurant and set at the bar. Besides, the tube of the AC was leaking so the hot air was stuck inside the living room before we found out what happened, also the class door of the closet was broken at the time can't be used.

Nice deck overlooking the forest. Good value for the money. Owner was really communicative and pleasant to deal with. Overall - it was a great stay! We would stay there again!
• Stephen (7/5): A great location for our first stay in Whistler/Blackcomb. - Location was excellent. Genuine ski in/ski out. Accommodation was very well equipped and included everything you need to cater for yourselves. Communication with host was always timely and good. On the free bus route so handy for getting in and out of town. A few things need attention. Wardrobe doors in the bedroom. Shower head and bath/shower control very tired.

• Anonymous (4/5): It’s weird that cannot complete the transaction in the platform, finally customer have to e transfer money to the Aspens - Is big enough for 2ppl The price shows on website was 250$; however, after I pay I received email to update the price total was 450, have to complete by e transfer, and no refund policy if I want to cancel the booking. Also, no lights in living room area, those lamps not work. Room wifi not working either.
