• Dick (4/5): Don’t book Cambodia WhatsApp dirty apartment - Well what was a massive disappointment was that we came into the property and it wasn’t cleaned. We reported it and sent photos and they acknowledged it was not good based on the photos but then said I can only deal with the Cambodia WhatsApp line and they basically sent photos of the apartment clean from four days prior however not all of the areas. They then said sorry it was cleaned you must have slept in the bed, put rubbish in the bins, marked the table, put hairs in the other bed in the 10 mins after your arrival because “our records show it was cleaned four days prior”. So they didn’t believe my photos that they requested as evidence. And why did you stay there do you ask? Well I had a 2 and 3 year of after two flights and I was supposed to bring 7 bags and them at 9 at night around to find another place. No I had to wash the towels and bed linen of course. They offered to send a cleaner second last day which was hardly worth it as I already cleaned but they rejected a partial refund. So whilst responsive they had confirmation bias. The apartment was dirty and they could have dealt with it sooner but dragged their feet and then said I did it. So no I wouldn’t go again. It was shameful considering Japanese culture on cleanliness.food left in the fridge. Some of these items in isolation would not be too bad if missed however it was clear someone was there and they refused to acknowledge.

• Jeremy (10/5): 801 Regalo in Shibaura great value - The location is great and the apartment is perfectly laid out for vacationing family. 3 Independence zone based AC systems. FamilyMart, Aeon, 7/11 very close. Make sure to visit the large grocery store (with KFC inside) directly across the bridge from the nearby 7/11. Shibaura Futo train station very close allows you to easily get to everything. Popular Daiba (Diver City) it's just two stops away on the U train line. Go further down on that same line for popular Joyopolis and Toyosu Market. Head back to Shimbashi and you can access everything else from there (Shinjuku, Shibuya, all the other big train lines). As a bonus if you're traveling with multiple families the same complex has another identical unit at 501 Regalo aka "sleeplab the stay shibaura". You have to search for them on Google 501 or 801 Regalo. Very good stay 10 out of 10 for everything and great value. Exactly as you see in the pictures. There's also 3 .LUUP parking spaces for rental bikes and scooters so you can rent wherever and return right outside the apartment.

• Derrick (10/5): Exceptional - The property was clean, affordable and in a great location near two train lines. Staff was very helpful when we got extended an extra night due to weather in Okinawa.
• Carlos (1/5): Stay away from this flat. - Nothing. As I arrived, the apartment was VERY DIRTY - several trash bags were still inside, the bed sheet has not been changed in any of the 3 beds. There is more> the two sinks still had clumps of human hair,. And, disgustingly, the toilet was still sprinkled with human feces. The apartment is located right next the a highway, so it is VERY, VERY noise, even when the non windows were closed. The owner took almost 2 hours after the scheduled check in time to send two cleaning maids, who did a so-so job. I still had to properly clean the flat after that. The electronic panel that replaces the apartment key did not work properly. sometimes I had to try to lock the door several times, even after changing the device's battery. The partial refund that I am supposed to receive does not change that at all, it is no solace.
