Mặc dù tôi được hoàn tiền nhưng tôi phải đi tìm phòng khác. Hai lần tiền taxi và giá chênh lệch do tìm phòng gấp. Thật là trải nghiệm tồi tệ nhất từ khi tới Nhật.

• Wimsett (4/5): - Nice space No internet access for either room when advertised as high quality wifi, when I contacted the owner they told me there would now be wifi on one of the room connections. Which again did not work. .messaged them once again, no response. On top of that. We booked our accommodation relative to where we wanted to visit in Tokyo. Once booked in after checking the check in message we found an entirely new address over 20m taxi and 50m transport from where the original address was disclosed on the booking.com page. This costed us a significant excess fee as we had an excess of luggage and we're unable to take the train at that point. Bot including our original taxi fair to the incorrect address. Bad communication from the owner Difficult check in with misleading address information and tricky lock system. No impressed.

• SHINYA (5/5): 眠れなかった。 - お風呂など水回りが綺麗だった この宿泊室ではないですが、上の階の住人の生活音がうるさくてあまり眠れなかった。
• jdiaz_cr (8/5): - It's a second floor,so it's easy to go up with bags,it's modern and clean and a pretty and safe neighborhood! It's a little far away from bus or metro,you do have to walk a little so after 20k steps in the day going from honancho station to the place is a but tiring. A little small for big groups plus bags,but for a couple, it's perfect

• Arthur (4/5): Feels like an escape room - The entry process feels like an escape room. There's no support via chat. The towels were wet. There were left over clothes from some other guest. The 5th and 6th sleeping spots are pretty much non existent.

• Shane (8/5): Great - The bedding and ease of booking. And it is near nice restaurants and a train station For a room that can have 3 people i think it is important to have 3 blankets. In the end we discovered the room had 4 quilt covers which we used as a blanket. The locker instructions could be a little clearer on how to open it. I think someone with no experience with those type of locks would not know how to get the key with those instructions.

• Fiona (8/5): Clean & comfortable, great quiet neighborhood. - Very clean apartment, comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Super big TV screen. Good instructions to obtain key from locked box. Lovely quiet neighborhood. We weren't advised that entry to the building was by scanning an entry box with the key. We only found out by accident. Apartment was very small/cramped. We needed help to open the apartment at one point during our stay and messaged the host via booking.com but never got a reply.
• Nirmala (3/5): Have said all I had to say - Only the quiet location, but took us 4 hours to find the place because the link to the map was incorrect . The instructions for finding the keys was complicated- it did not say that the keys were to be scanned. The Booking. Com said Caesar house, but the google showed it as Caesar place. We were lucky to find a Japanese gentleman who helped us to find the location and even instructed the taxi driver. Location was difficult to find, opening the door was too complicated

• Mendi (8/5): We enjoyed our stay there but would like to have known the correct number of beds. - I loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. The bathroom is nice and the shower has great water pressure. There is one bed in each room and they are extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. I also liked being able to wash clothes there. The description online is a bit misleading to me as someone from the United States. It says there are two beds and two futons. The futons are actually thin little folded up mats that I don’t really think you could sleep comfortably on being on a hard floor. There was also a styrofoam board propped against the closet door which took up precious space in an already cramped room. If it had a purpose I don’t know what it was.

• Roy47 (9/5): Location good, easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya - Location was quiet and pleasant. Metro station a 15 min walk away. Some nice local restaurants nearby. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. Some English instructions for the facilities would be better, washing machine, drier.

The telephone number is picked by an answering machine. They have multiple levels of authentication and if you dont know japanese its almost impossible to check in.They need a smooth way to check in.
