• Jeanette (2/5): - Not a lot. The acilities were old and needed replacing. The apartment needed redecorating, not just patched up. The suggested parking was miles away from the apartment. The light in one bedroom flickered all the time.

• Alba (4/5): Únicamente para 1 noche - La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, las mantas huelen a putrefacto, absolutamente todo sucio el suelo pegajoso y ni hablar de los interruptores, que daba grima hasta darle Tuvimos que pedir comida a domicilio porque nos daba cosa cocinar ahí El papel higiénico del bazar de abajo
• abel (2/5): OJO, NO TIENE PARKING - La ubicación. Cerca de la playa - Ofrecen parking y no lo tienen (es el estacionamiento de la calle). Tuve que poner una reclamación a Booking, los cuales me dieron la razón y me dieron un abono por el parking. - Colchones en mal estado y almohadas manchadas (debajo de las fundas). - No tiene para colgar la ducha (si vas con un bebé puede ser problema).
• Teresa (5/5): No está mal el apartamento pero esos detalles hacen pensar en no volver - Normal ,está un poco descuidado Las cortinas muy sucias,caídas y deshilachadas,y otra cosa es que puesto que no tiene calefacción en los dormitorios por lo menos debe haber un nórdico en condiciones,yo no dormir del frío porque lo que hay en la cama y nada es lo mismo,otra cosa muy asquerosa son las toallas muy viejas

• Richard (1/5): Nefastoo sucio y asqueroso - Nada estaba todo roto y muy sucio Pues no me gusto nada las sabanas sucias , aire sin funcionar , baño mejor ni comentar… la ducha negra los suelos super sucios vamos una experiencia nefasta sin duda este tipo de alojamientos no se merecen estar en esta plataforma

• Camila (3/5): The apartment needs some urgent improvement, it feels neglected - It's close to the train station and 15/20min walk to the city centre. Nice area. The apartment has great potential, but it feels neglected. The bathroom bin is so rusty that it’s a bit scary, replacing it would only cost like €10. The mattress is old and bends in the middle, making it impossible to sleep. Just a few adjustments (specially the mattress/bed replacement) and the apartment would be much better. The cleaning could be improved as well.

• Julie (2/5): I would not recommend this property - Location Firstly the Location was near the Maria Zambrano bus and train station that was a good thing and with beach not far away just a 5 minute walk The building the apartment was in was not welcoming… the public areas and lift were filthy The apartment itself was very disappointing It looked grubby and could do with a face lift The things that would not take much to put right for example as follows:- 1. The bin in bathroom 2. Mirror in bathroom 3. Shower holder on wall 4. Shower room floor dirty 5. Sofa dirty 6. Kitchen sponge disgusting 7. The bedding and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable so that was a plus however second bed was a bit flimsy 8. But I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone 9. Also one bedroom the one with the balcony was full of ants 10 Overall a very grubby apartment Marks out of 10 would be 2 Only good points the bedding/ towels were clean and location to Maria Zambrano station was good
