Ótima localização, é possível ir caminhando tranquilamente da estação de trem Venezia Santa Lucia, uma caminhada de 10 min. Tudo estava ótimo.

Staff were very helpful, showed us our activities on a map they provided and even accomodated my dietary requirements with a gluten free breakfast! Would definitely come again! Ca. 2-3 km zu Fuß bis zum Markusplatz und nette Lokale direkt in der Umgebung. Der Frühstücksraum war etwas eng, aber nett. Leider viele zum Teil enge Treppen. Aber das ist typisch Venedig.

• Kristina (9/5): Great stay - The hotel is small and cozy. The room was very big, we had a plenty of space for 2 adults and a toddler. The room was clean, had a small fridge, a kettle, tea bags, a small coffee table and two chairs. It was cold outside, but the room was very warm. The breakfast was the same every single day, there were boiled and scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, ham, some fruits, yogurt, and pastries. The selection is very limited but the quality of the food is high. The location was good for us, it's around 5 minutes walk to the public water transportation stop. Most of the time we just walk, it's 20 minutes walk to St Mark. Overall experience is very good. I only wish the pillows were more comfortable, it was hard like breaks.

• Johann (10/5): Für unseren nächsten Venedig Aufenthalt ist dieses B & B sicher wieder unsere 1 Wahl, Danke! - Sehr nettes kleines ruhiges B & B, in Summe war es unser 4. mehrtägiger Aufenthalt in Venedig und dies war bis jetzt die schönste Unterkunft, großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, es gab nichts auszusetzen. Kommunikation war einwandfrei, alles Daten (Zugang) wurden uns vorab gesendet, perfekt. Eine kleine Anmerkung (keine Kritik), eventuell könnte man das Frühstück noch verbessern, wenn man auch die Zubereitung der Eier (weiches Ei, Eierspeis, etc.) frisch und nach Wunsch zubereiten würde. Gleich dem Kaffee, dieser wird den Gast perfekt nach Wunsch serviert.

• Stephen (9/5): Venice should be on everyone’s list of places to visit and there is no better place to stay for the money. - Wonderful old building, just off the Grand Canal in San Polo. 5 minutes walk from train station, 10 minutes to bus station. The room was gorgeous, with large, comfy bed, a small living area and roof top terrace. Continental breakfast served from 8 to 10 was very good and staff were all so friendly and helpful. A very pleasant home from home. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Due to the nature of the building there is no elevator, so it can be quite a hike to get up to the room with luggage or after a long day walking around Venice. A small price to pay for such a lovely apartment.

The breakfast spread is great too and staff are very welcoming. They even recommended best places to eat The only thing I don’t like is it’s quite far from the center but I guess it’s the same in all of Venice. It really requires a lot of walking. I would still stay in this hotel

• John (10/5): Beautiful! - Helpful and friendly staff with great communication before and during our stay. Beautiful room in a beautiful building with all the expected amenities. Quiet location but only a short walk to the water bus to get to all the sights. Plenty to do nearby too with some lovely cafes and restaurants.
• Lin-Yu (4/5): 性價比偏低 - 淋浴的地方很小、用蓮蓬頭時上方的出水孔會滴水且洗澡洗太久會沒熱水，沒有暖氣房間很冷，飯店棉被只有薄薄的一層，因為比較晚到飯店只能隔天去反應問題。 鬧區到飯店的路晚上走會經過很小很暗的巷子，早餐普通，覺得性價比偏低。

Acho que deve ser comum em construções antigas mas o barulho dos outros quartos incomoda um pouco. Principalmente se as pessoas não respeitarem o silencia após as 10pm.

The breakfast! - so many choices and taste good😋 The creative idea of different carnival mask on the door & key ring. Really lovely!! The guidebook for tourism - really helpful, especially the ristorante recommendations. The curtain in the bathroom can’t fully cover the tall window, a little bit concern about privacy. But that’s not a big deal.

• Gabriel (8/5): - La propreté, le calme, la clim, la hauteur sous plafond, la déco sympa. Je cite ces defauts au regard du prix : Petit dej pas incroyable mais fait l'affaire. Le personnel un peu porte de prison mais reste serviable et poli quand même. Par contre c'est vraiment cher pour ce que c'est mais j'imagine que c'est partout pareil à Venise.
• DERRICK (8/5): Simple but convenient location in Venice - The location is very near to one of the Waterbus stop, Sam Stae, which makes traveling easier. Near the apartment there's also quite nice eateries around. The owners are very helpful and speak really good English which helps a lot especially for someone not familiar with Venice. The lane outside the apartment can be a little quiet for those who are going back late at night, however the sign outside the apartment is well lit so helps to mitigate this issue.
