EDSON (7/5): Excelente localização, em instalações simples porém confortáveis. - A localização é excelente, perto do Open Shopping e da praia. A cama e o chuveiro são bons, cozinha com geladeira, fogão e micro-ondas funcionando e limpos. Possui louça básica para refeições simples, incluindo taças para vinho. Não cozinhamos no Studio. Espaço do Studio adequado, com bom ar-condicionado. Internet funcionou bem, incluindo smart Tv com conta de Netflix. É possível acessar outros serviços de streaming, mas com a conta do hóspede. A TV era pequena e o controle remoto não estava disponível. Alguns itens básicos poderiam estar disponíveis na chegada, tal como fósforos, sal e algum material de limpeza. O Studio fica no fundo da casa (como uma edícula), e a área externa não estava muito limpa. O tanque estava sujo, ao lado do lixo. Há uma máquina de lavar roupas, mas muito suja e não ficou claro se poderia ser usada pelos hóspedes (e nesse caso precisa de no mínimo uma limpeza). Encontrei uma única vassoura em muito mal estado, mas foi a única opção para varrer a areia do quarto. Poderiam ser oferecidos, ainda que com custo adicional, cadeiras de praia, toalhas de praia e guarda-sol. O armário abaixo da pia estava com a porta quebrada, e as gavetas do guarda-roupa não abrem.
