• Oxana (7/5): Ears plugs are necessary - It is clean and well located I couldn’t access to the room which were prepared for me so i got another one with the windows to the other side. In the night I realized that i am trying to sleep right above the tram turn. Was very noisy, I literally felt vibrating on the bed
• Passanante (8/5): - El lugar muy bueno,la habitación muy espaciosa y luminosa. La cama buena y la ducha excelente. Teníamos caldera eléctrica y cafetera. Nos dejaron dos copas,detalle muy lindo,además de varios cartuchos de café y sobres de té,y galletas dulces. Era un poco ruidoso,el tram pasa por calle hacia donde daba la habitación. Faltaba alguna percha en el baño para colgar toallas y un banquito para sentarse.

• Guest (10/5): Мы прилетели в Милан с подругой отдохнуть и развеяться по Европе. Проживание все очень понравилось, номера соответствует - Это не больше отель а похоже на хостел, но более уютный. Чуть не удобен замок точнее открытие дверей. Но в целом несложно. Есть шум трамвая но были из за усталости и не помним уже 😂
• Mehmet (4/5): Memnun kalmadım - Online check in işlemi ve bütün bilgilendirmeleri zamanında iletişime geçerek yaptılar. Konumu fena değil. Centrale ye yakın olduğu için bu bölgeyi tercih ettik. Önünden tramvaylar geçiyor. Ulaşımı basitti. Oda kesinlikle yeterince havalanmadığı için kokuyordu. Yeterince temiz değildi. Caddeden gece boyunca tramvay sesleri geliyor. Yan odanın gürültüsü odanızda hissediliyor. Hiç çalışan görmedik. Milano konaklama açısından pahalı bir şehir ancak bu fiyata daha iyi alternatifler olabilirdi.
• Joseph (5/5): 4 days in Milan no air-conditioning - Not too far from the main station about 10 minutes and not too far of a walk from the Duomo about 30 minutes. Some nice restaurants not too far either. The room was clean and on floor 1 of the complex which was good. The hosts allowed me to check in 2 hours early with my bags which was really helpful. The locking system took me about 2 days to understand as the turning and scanning mechanism isnt that easy, but once I got use to it, it was fine. The aircon didnt work, that pretty much single handedly ruined this for me. I had to have windows open and got eaten alive by mosquitoes. When I messaged the hosts they said it isnt working, when I asked if it will be fixed during my stay they stopped replying to me. For this alone I wouldn't recommend staying here, you need air-conditioning in italy and heating if cold.
• Harprit (2/5): Good location, no AC unit, very noisy, complicated check in and entering the room process. - Location was great 5 mins from the nearest metro stop and tram stop right outside AC unit doesn't work and an overly complicated check in and entering process to the room. If you have no internet connection do not book. Internet based door handles were very temperamental and the codes to the doors were impossible to remember if your phone died. The trams passing during the night made the room shake so if you are a light sleeper this is not for you. Cheaper price for this place would be more ideal.

• Elis (6/5): - Temizdi. Mobilyalar yeni ve güzeldi. Klimayı nasıl çalıştıracağımızı tam olarak anlayamadık ve dolayısıyla konaklama boyunca kullanamadık. Ev sahibi yardım etmeye hazırdı. Şehir merkezine daha yakın olduğunu düşünüyordum, merkeze gidip geri dönerken yürüdüğümüzde yorulduk. Caddeden geçen tramvayın sesi duyuluyor evet ama uyumamıza engel olmadı. Konaklamadan memnun kaldık.

• Guest (8/5): Moderné ubytovanie s dobrou polohou. - Izby boli krásne, čisté a moderne zariadené, rovnako aj kúpeľňa. Check-in bol rýchly a bezproblémový, inštrukcie boli jasné a ľahko pochopiteľné. Z recenzií sme vedeli, že môže byť počuť električky, no nás to nijako nerušilo a spali sme dobre. Celkovo veľmi príjemný pobyt, odporúčame. Pomer cena/kvalita, izby sú dosť maličké – na dlhší pobyt by to mohlo byť nepohodlné ale na 2 dni to stačilo. Druhý deň nám prestala fungovať klimatizácia, no majiteľa sme nekontaktovali, takže pochybenie bolo aj na našej strane. A ešte určite by sme ocenili viac vankúšov, haha.

• Anonymous (9/5): Such an amazing stay. Definitely worth it and we would love to come back! - We loved the location as it was walking distance from many of Milan’s tourist destinations. The distance from the train station was great! The bathroom was extremely clean, shower was lovely. Window had a pretty nice view of the street and was perfect to watch the storm that happened Sunday night. Lots of space for our luggage and clothes too! Maybe a little more coffee/sugar/milk but couldn’t complain about the amount we got for such a short stay. The shower also went cold pretty quickly but during the summer this didn’t matter as we didn’t want hot showers anyway.

• Nada (9/5): Short weekend city break. - Very clean, newly refurbished, exceptional bathroom - big, modern and comfortable, coffee/tea making facility in the room, air condition. Good instructions for entering the building and the apartment and for the use of the keys. A very good cafeteria just a minute walk from the building, where you can get good coffee and pastries for breakfast. The street is very noisy (the tram passes right below the windows) and in the first floor where the rooms are located it is quite annoying. No reception, check-in and out without any personal contact.
• Irina (7/5): Good - The location is perfect, you can walk almost everywhere in the city centre within 10_30 minutes. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite the tram noise, we slept well. Tram noise and smart lock of the main apartment door, which was very tricky, and worked after a few attempts. We spent half an hour on the first day trying to open it and got lucky the neighbour let us in .
• Seth (7/5): Great Location, but... - Good things: Location! Easy walk to Milan Central Station, one block from two different Metro lines. Easy walk to most of the major attractions in Milan. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes within just a couple of blocks. The area was clean and felt safe at all hours. The air conditioning worked well. Adequate things: The room was small. Really small. If all you're doing is sleeping and showering, it's alright. If you need any more than that, you will have trouble. There was no thermostat in the room to control temperature yourself, but I found the preset temperature comfortable enough. Not so great things: Other than the bed, the only other furniture was a hard, plastic chair. It kind of hurt to sit in it. Forget being able to do much work if you need to, or being able to relax in the room of you need a little down time. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Sometimes the shower was comfortable; sometimes it was 'brisk.' There was nowhere in the bathroom to hang a towel. They give you a hand soap, but no soap tray. This meant the bathroom was hard to keep tidy. The counter ended up soapy, and the hand and bidet towels were always in the way. The bed had only a bottom sheet and a thick duvet. This meant that for sleeping, we were either too hot or too cold. In the end, the location made up for some of this, but the little things add up.

The elevator was not working during my stay. Additionally, there was dust everywhere and spider webs in several corners, which made the room feel unclean. Not enough Shampoo & Shower Gel.

The apartment is clean and very modern and although is shared the apartments are sepwrated from each other and with their own bathroom. Traims are coming every 5 min and its hard to fall asleep when they are down from your window.

• Marcelline (1/5): Don’t book here - Located near central station. But what’s the point if it’s impossible to sleep for 4 nights in a row because of the noise in the room. Couldn’t properly enjoy the stay in Milan. Impossible to sleep because of the tram noise. Came to rest from work, left even more tired. The old trolley (tram) is passing under the (poorly isolated) window of the room, every 5 minutes, all day and all night. The electric blind was stuck, had to climb the window to close it. The room was super hot, impossible to change the temperature. The lock system is lacking instructions. I had never seen such systems, took ages to figure it out, they were not enough instructions to get it to lock/unlock the room. The room’s floor was not very clean

• Monica (1/5): YOU RISK BEING LEFT OUT ON THE STREET! - location From the start, everything was a mess. The link the host sent us DID NOT WORK. We couldn't get into the building, and THE HOST NEVER RESPONDED. We had to rely on a neighbor to let us in. The instructions for the second door were CONFUSING AND POORLY WRITTEN, and they didn’t even tell us which room was ours. We had to GUESS! Once inside, the room was in TERRIBLE CONDITION: hair on the bed, a dirty floor, and a broken soap holder in the shower. THEY ONLY LEFT US ONE THIN SHEET, and it’s autumn! We were freezing the whole night. There was only one roll of toilet paper, and when it ran out, WE HAD TO BUY MORE OURSELVES. We requested blankets and more toilet paper, but THE HOST NEVER RESPONDED. The worst part was the last night: THE DOOR WOULDN’T OPEN again, and once more, THE HOST NEVER RESPONDED to our calls or messages or mails. Two women alone in the street, at night, in an unfamiliar city—it was EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. A neighbor helped us get inside. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The level of DISREGARD AND NEGLECT for guests is UNACCEPTABLE. An absolute disgrace!
