Guest Reviews

- Jinky Rose Rosario (8/5): Good property on a good location - The place was as it was advertised. While not so near the train station, the property was still on a good location, with lots of convenience stores and even a grocery/department store nearby. The communication with the owner was smooth, and they responded quite quickly. The space was good for a family of 5 but could be a bit small to some. On the first day, while looking for the property based on the video instructions, we got a bit lost. They should update the instructions because the train station exit has changed due to renovation, plus there were new buildings in place of the landmark they mentioned (no more coin parking on the street before turning). Also, their WIFI was not working the whole time.
- Yalia Divakara (5/5): Disappointing. - Nothing. The house is a little farther than 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest metro station, and is located inside a residential area. The 2-story house itself was strange with toilets for men and women in two different stories, and bathroom in the bottom floor. So, it was highly inconvenient for a family stay. The house lacked washing machine, which we were looking for. Overall, it felt a little isolated for a family coming to spend a few days in Tokyo, so we took a quick decision to leave the house without occupying it even for a night, as we found proper hotels on Booking.com in active city areas for reasonable price on the same night.

- YENCHIH (10/5): 很舒適也很乾淨。 - 很棒,離南砂町站要走一小段路,但附近有超市、家庭餐廳機能棒,每晚都去採購食物,但有洗衣機會更棒! 無。

- Spagetkovci (9/5): Nice house with too many rules. - Very nice and clean house, very comfortable beds, fast access downtown. Easy self check-in and
check-out process. Comunication with the property
via Booking.com chat, translation sometimes needed (e.g. Google Translate). We have booked 3 houses in Japan. The communication by this property was overwhelmed. Every while receiving some rules over rules and restrictions. It is not necessary and for Europeans might sound quite rude.. in a nutshell "if you don't follow these hundred rules, we will kick you out!" Suggesting to list all the rules in one simplified message at the beginning.
- Nur (9/5): Superb -
- Ruth (9/5): Overall it was a great stay! - It's not a bad location since we traveled with two kids and they can loud sometimes. We had to take 2-3 trains to make it some places around Tokyo but it but it's easy accesible. Downside there's isn't that many restaurants especially breakfast places around but I think in general Japan cafe's don't open until 10 or 11 anyways. Overall places was clean quiet. It's a one bedroom home but 3 full size beds enough for my family of 5. Extra towels and toiletries. We forgot some toiletries and had to run to a convenient store when we arrived and it was late.
- Jainee (10/5): Great and comfortable. - It is accessible and very clean. Our family of 5 has big enough of a space in the property. Wifi is fast but can be intermittent at times.
- Ayshwarya (9/5): Superb - The bedroom was spacious and neat The living was tiny for a family
Best for a couple only
- Michelle (10/5): Roomy for a family of four. :) - Quiet neighborhood. Nearby Daiso, Aeon, Mcdo, Family Mart, 711, Saizeriya, Mini Stop and Park. Wall near walking distance.
Station is not the long walk too, easy access. Train Station is newly renovated.
If I have to comment, please update your directions to the location of the house video. Because the train station is now renovated. Exit is not via 2b anymore but via Exit 5.
Everything else is good and well provided. Thanks for the wonderful stay. My senior citizen mother had a good time. Hmmm. Nothing much.
- Jose (8/5): A very good place to stay for a few days. Close to tha subway to commute any place in Osaka. I like it. - It's quiet, nice, comfortable, walking distance to a convenience stores, a mall, and of course the subway. The stairs, to narrow and high for me.
