- Sadie (4/5): Fine for a night, wouldn't want to stay any longer. - The bed was comfortable and location is ideal. The bathmat was wet upon arrival which made me feel like the place hadn't been cleaned properly and so I never really felt relaxed. There was also a lot of dust which I have a bad allergy to, so it wasn't a pleasant night. No place to hang a towel in the bathroom so you have to balance it on the sink which isn't ideal - a simple thing, but it would make a big difference.
It's also slightly confusing to find the apartment - there's a gate with the same number as this place and when you walk through it there are two flats, neither of which are this one. You have to go to the metal gate further to the left and then this flat is round the back. Not sure why the numbering is like this as it seems an obvious cause for confusion.
Overall it was disappointing - I could have raised the problems during my stay, but as I was only there for one night I didn't want to spend my time in London faffing with accommodation.
- Mariell (5/5): - Location wasn’t too bad (good value for money considering that it’s zone 2). Having the kitchen area made things a bit more convenient. The walls are way too thin. I’ve stayed in my share of budget-friendly average-quality rooms in London and this one is by far the worst in that sense. Getting a good nights sleep will largely depend on how considerate the other guests are. Also, I was granted an early check-in but the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest.

- Savage (4/5): Went for carnival - Quiet location cooker didn't work. one big towel one small towel left for 2 people for 3 night stay had to ask cleaner for fresh ones .door didn't lock on inside to room.. and is very small inside . curtains cud be darker. n very very UPSET NO TV .. but WiFi .. but made most of it so shower change n bk out ... quiet location .. floor needs fixing board loose... no smoke alarm in room. Window lock loose... cob webs in light fittings needs a deep clean ... Whole room needs deep clean as I didn't smell no freshness air freshener ect Wen arrived was bit messy left under bed FM last renter so my overall rating is ....... 3/10
- Michele Matejka (7/5): Another normal house transformed in an overpriced Airbnb (although still a good price for London) - We searched based on price and location, we found this. Which is good. It was clear how to get there, the check-in was easy, it was clean and we felt ok there. It's another house taken away from normal people to make an Airbnb that makes grow the rent prices. For the size of the room I think it's a little overpriced although London is expensive.

- Shanice (1/5): Don’t stay here if you want to feel dirty - I would NOT recommend this property , even for 1 night
I arrive from a long flight and was walking the streets of London early hours in the morning as the address on booking.com does not match the correct location of the apartment. I had to contact the owner who send photos from google maps to help me get in.
I enter the property, the stairs were incredibly narrow, I have size 4 uk feet and my foot was hanging over the edge of the steps, there was no grab rail.
The apartment smelt wet /damp, I entered and the floor was filthy, chipped and marked everywhere. The bathroom is very small which I don’t mind however the bath mat was soaking through.
The bed was solid , there was no spare pillows.
I left the property the next day but was supposed to be there for 5 nights. I stayed for 1 in total
I contacted the property who offered a refund for 2 nights only ……. I STILL HAVENT HAD THIS , I KEEP CONTACTING THEM AND THEY KEEP IGNORING ME would NOT recommend this property , even for 1 night

- Luminita (10/5): Great stay in London - Spacious enough for a couple of nights with everything you could need for a short stay. The place is a bit hard to find, so make sure you follow the instructions sent by the host.
- Despoina (5/5): Passable - Communication with the host was easy. The flat was easy to find by following the guidance provided. Comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. The flat is in a poor condition. Floor and walls have clear signs of moisture damage. Room had a strong smell at times, perhaps coming from the shower? Needs refurbishment. Walls are really thin and there is no sound proofing.
- Jessica (8/5): Good for a nights stay, especially for Alexandra Palace. - Good location & amenities Had to chase the host for details on how to get into the property twice
- Imre (7/5): Good -
- Despoina (7/5): Good - The studio is at a good location, near to the metro and bus station. It was very clean and well equipped. The neighbourhood was very quiet. The room provided heating and hot water all day and also included a hair dryer. The owner was very friendly and willing to responde to our messages immediately at any time. Generally, its price is quite worthy for its offerings. The space is extremely small for 2 people. We couldn’t even open our baggages. The bathroom was also really narrow and its sink was tiny, we couldn’t use it so we had to use the dish sink. There were nowhere any hookers to hang anything, not even the towels in order to dry. For its price it should contain the obvious staff necessary for an everyday use.
- Krisztian (5/5): Good value - It’s cosy, it provides the necessities to cook, reheat, to make tea/coffee as well as to have a shower. The location was convenient for transport reasons such as underground and bus options. The owner is really pleasant and understanding, very helpful as well as provided additional information for checking in such as directions etc. The walls are obviously extra thin and therefore you feel like a cough may be disturbing your neighbour. The bed frame collapsed and therefore we’ve put the mattress on the floor for the time being as we didn’t want to accidentally damage the frame any further. Although the owner have fixed it for future reference i think. There’s mold near and around the bathroom area, but that’s expected
- Cantisani (7/5): Good -
- Sofia (10/5): perfect stay - it was small and cozy. It had everything that was needed, location was superb.
- Zelda (7/5): Great spot for if you just need a bed and a spot to put your bags. - Property was clean, facilities as advertised, secure and didn't require anyone to let you in so easy to come and go at any time, very affordable and close to transport links Slightly difficult to locate despite instructions, lack of outlets for plugging devices in, a little bit noisy at times
- Keyala (8/5): Very good - Check in was really easy. It’s really close to a lot of cute food markets and restaurants and the bus stop was really close. The courtyard area was so nice to sit out side in and it was really quiet. We had noisy neighbours but that’s one of the risks of staying in a sharehouse so it was expected. It gets really hot in the rooms a standing fan would have have been great but it was summer. We didn’t feel super safe going out at night but for a quick stay it was great.
- Siti (5/5): Passable -
- Samantha (8/5): Very good - Good secure location, perfect for going out in the day and coming back to sleep, great value for money. Very hot during the day if window was shut, bright light can wake you up early as blinds are not block out
- Nikola (8/5): Accomodation offered everything what we neeeded for short stay in London. Good locality, Very clean. -
- Jessica (8/5): Cheap and clean place to stay - Comfy bed
Large towels
Very clean
Had everything you really needed
Was easy for us to go and get the bus to what we needed
Keyless entry Few issues but were rectified or hopefully will be by the host.
Walls could do with extra sound proofing and also a touch up in areas
Needs a socket by the bed on both sides. No tv but the latter wasn’t an issue really as we came and went easily enough
Gate instructions were not sent to us but we managed to get in
- Naomi (1/5): Disappointing - Price Was not clean, noises from other people very loud domestics
- Kenneth (7/5): Felt like home without a tv🥲 - It was very neat and tidy There was no television in the room
- Marvin (10/5): Nice and cozy. - Cosy, had everything we needed.
Would definitely stay again.
- Neil (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean and good value for money. Fresh towels were provided when I requested them. The walls are very thin and I could hear the family in the next studio, they were not being particularly loud just having a conversation. On the last night the person in the next studio was on their own and it was much quieter . The shower and sink are very small but functional.
