• Danika (10/5): Great stay near shops and underground - Nice house located near Putney Heath. The one bedroom unit had a kitchenette and washing machine, which were very helpful. The host provided coffee, milk, tea and water. She was very responsive when I asked for additional cooking utensils. Shops, restaurants, and grocery stores were located about 20-25 min walk away. The underground and buses were also within walking distance. Definitely recommend. The space is tight for two people for more than a few nights, but is definitely manageable. There was also a bit of mold in the shower.
• Aleks (1/5): Property unsafe - AVOID - Property unsafe - the key code for the main door (6291#) and the individual apartments are EXACTLY the same (6291#). So anyone with the main door code could get into my individual unit at any time of day or night. There was no way to secure or bolt the door once inside. This is, of course, very unsafe and meant my stay with my very young daughter was scary and uncomfortable. Customer service non-existent - Nadia was mocking, dismissive and rude and could not grasp the basic idea that every apartment and the front door having the same code is terrible security. Further, even prior to this issue, Nadia referred to guests as “victims” and has no customer service skills.
• Julie (10/5): Excellent hosts, lovely apartment in a peaceful part of London - Hosts were incredibly friendly and informative before during and after the stay, and the property was clean and tidy in a lovely part of London. Peaceful and only a short walk (20 minutes?) to the Thames and the tube/railway
• Susan (8/5): Great studio apartment ideal for visits to Wimbledon. - Lovely cosy studio as described. Ideal for travelling to Wimbledon and had all facilities needed. Only 10 minute walk from Putney station and a few minutes walk from closest bus stop. Only a small mirror in the bathroom and although a mirror outside in communal hallway no mirrors in the room which made it difficult when doing hair and make-up. Very minor vanity recommendation which I feel would improve accommodation but did enjoy our stay.

• Pia (8/5): Great clean and comfortable accomodation close to Wimbledon. - Perfect place to stay for Wimbledon, a short walk and bus trip to the AETC. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and bedding. Kitchen was a good size. Only complaint I had was no wifi but it may of been sent to me in an email I missed.

• Dawn (9/5): A very comfortable stay in an ideal location. - Absolutely everything you need for a 2 night stay in a quite part of Putney. The gated parking was excellent and a real bonus to have. It was a great location to visit Wimbledon, we would recommend it to anyone needing a cosy bolt hole and walking distance to The Green Man Pub and Restaurant…Check in was simple…thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back 😊 Nothing
• Alina (10/5): A lovely stay in an ideal location. - Great location and perfect flat for a work trip. Room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The WiFi was great.
• Melanie (10/5): A bit of peace in the busy city - The room has everything you could possibly need. The quality of fixtures and fittings is excellent. Location very quiet. Absolutely spotless. Loved it so much have reserved for future work trips No parking on arrival at 4pm. Two work vans on the driveway unsure if these are of people staying there but didn't hear any coming and going of anyone so ? neighbors using parking spots. Free parking on road luckily not far from property.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Great location and value for money - The location is very good, 15 minutes walk from Putney Station. The studio is very nice, it had everything that we needed. Very comfortable bed, TV with a lot of channels to watch and Netflix access. The room was very warm, which was the best part. It's very simple but also what we needed. For the price, I would say the quality of the studio was very satisfactory. The attention to cleaningless could be a bit better. It can get a bit noisy at night from the neighbours.
• Vert (9/5): for me ideal position to see friends in Putney, Barnes, Raynes Park and Wimbledon without a car. - Very helpful - it was impeccably clean - - after a phone call my questions were answered. I made a couple of suggestions. Very helpful - a folder with information regarding food shops, buses, stations, etc. It was better than I anticipated. simply indications how to switch on the hob (for someone like me who at 75 have always used a gas hob and didn't know how an induction worked!) - nothing else of importance.
• Mike (8/5): Suited my purpose - within 5 mins drive of Richmond Park - Location was ideal for my needs. 20 mins walk to Putney High Street and Putney Bridge. Felt safe Good off road parking Noise from other residents. It’s night 9pm to Midnight. 2nd night 02.30am. Unfortunate but not the hosts responsibility
• Owen (3/5): I would not stay here again - Location good for our purposes of family visit. Bed comfortable and clean Bathroom was not clean with dirt accumulation around shower, extractor fan and floor. Bathroom cabinet was grubby. This is unacceptable. Public areas in hallway and front yard had some rubbish in them. There was no table to sit at while eating breakfast and no sharp knife for cutting bread or fruit was supplied

• Alice (6/5): Pleasant - Location ideal for what we needed, Alain was responsive to issues. The code system on the doors made check in and coming and going very easy, no risk of losing keys. Area felt relatively safe, and lwe enjoyed being close to parks for walks. Highlight for us was spotting some foxes walking back late one night. Room is much smaller than I expected from the pictures. The layout of the furniture didn't really help the space, armchair too big and bed took up most of the space. We ended up rearranging the furniture slightly to create a bit more space. We stayed for a couple of weeks as we were moving to the UK and flat hunting. It would have been helpful to have had the option for a clean during this period as the floor got very dusty etc from two people living in a small room for two weeks. We also had to buy our own toilet paper and some cleaning product as only two rolls provided and half empty bottles so we ran out during our stay. We also a few wifi issues during our stay but appreciate that was out of the hosts control. We were in the downstairs room that faced the road, we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy which was hard as it was very hot in there. Would maybe suggest some window tinting etc so it's not so exposed to people walking past. Overall the accomodation was fine, it did what it needed to, but we wouldn't reccommend for a long stay as it was a very small space and not set up for stays longer than a weekend.

• Lisa (10/5): Really loved this little apartment and will happily stay here again. - Well furnished, modern and clean. Parking space was a great bonus. It was a bit hot as the apartment is on the top floor and it was a hot summer day.

Alain was VERY helpful - without him I would have struggled - good location - close to bus stops and easy walking distance from Putney High Street Bed very comfortable I couldn't open the bedroom door to start with as you have to put the key upright which is not the usual way to open doors. YOU NEED TO GIVE PROPER INSTRUCTIONS how to use keys/equipment (tv/washing machine) No live TV - you have to go though I players. which is tiresome and makes it difficult to go from channel to channel No broom or iron/ironing table Poor noise insulation - the whole building shook when Alain cleaned the upstairs flat. Armchair too big - you can't open the drawers in the wardrobe unless you move the bedside table. No bedside lamps. Sockets too far from the bed.
