• Araceli (10/5): It was great, would definitely recommend to family and friends. - The property itself was clean and enjoyable for our family of 9. Lots of space, and just overall great. It needed more backyard lighting and the lights upfront for the porch didn’t work.

• Sadrian (1/5): Bad - Their Customer Service and the property were HORRIBLE. When we got there, there was a note from the previous guest with a lot of issues that were not addressed before my party came in. We discovered stains on the couch, which were not able to sit on that couch due to that reason, as well as the internet not working for us, which would have allowed us to watch stream TV. We communicated several issues, including paying for a heater for the pool and jacuzzi that did not work, and no one came out to correct them. Even though they stated to me that they were going to have some handyman come out to fix several days into my stay. I asked for someone to talk to me from the management team. Several times, I was told someone would call me on multiple days, and no one had called as of today. They have some auto message/AI reply system that communicates to you. It was a sad experience for me and my party, and I am still dealing with my payment for the heater fee.
• Sarah (6/5): Disappointed. - Easy to find. Lots of room. Lots of things did not work in the house. It was quite evident this house had not been used in a while.
• Cassandra (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about it. The only thing I would change is letting your renters know that it takes a couple days for the pool to heat up. Had I known that, I would have put in for pool heating way ahead of time.

Thanks for a great stay!! - Clean and close to attractions/shops It was beautiful, but the leg on the bed in the downstairs bedroom broke when my mother in law was sitting on it getting ready. The table for outside had a broken board in the end and was wobbly till we tightened the legs. There was also a broken shelf in pantry. Only other comments would be the limit of 1 towel per guest and amenities such as toilet paper/dish soap/laundry soap…we were happy to keep the place clean, but didn’t them knew should have to go purchase these items extra.
• David (9/5): Lovely Villa, Great Location - The villa was very spacious for our small group. The location was great for accessing all the local attractions. The villa is close to the I4 and the traffic sound is noticeable when relaxing around the pool. You quickly get used to this though.

My husband and I couldn’t get in the poo - When you send your money and can’t enjoy what you paid for you are not going to like nothing about it cause it was our honeymoon and we didn’t do what we wanted to do and we can never get that back It was not clean good enough for me I does this for a living

• Julie (8/5): Very relaxing. Will go again. - Beautiful home. Comfortable. Great location. Pool on site I didn’t realize heater was not included for pool and hot tub. This is extra. Very disappointing. It took until 1/2 the vacation to get it turned on. Only one towel per person. We had to go buy towels from Walmart for us to use. Remotes for the TVs didn’t work. We went and bought a universal remote so we could watch TV. Channel options were bad.

The main problem that we had did not have anything to do with the house, but with being able to get back into the community the house was in. We always had to wait on someone to let us in. One night, it took my son over 20 minutes before he was let in.

• Waylon (1/5): Terrible experience - When we first got there, they didn't have any toilet paper, no trash bags in the garbage cans, plates and glasses were very nasty, the bathrooms had hair all in the floor, swimming pool had clots of hair in it, the floors were very sticky, my 11 year old found a narcotic pill in her room, bed sheets in the master and bedroom 2 had stains on the sheets, it was like 80 degrees in the house. When I confronted the property manager she sent the cleaning lady to only change the master sheets and she just walked in without knocking. We took a frenchie bulldog and the cleaning told the manager so she took 200 dollars out of my account when the website said pet friendly. Then the Manger wouldn't talk about all the other problems with the house. I have all kinds of pics but it want let me post them. All in all terrible experience!! Wouldn't stay there again if it was free.

• Madcat01 (4/5): if you like a barking dog next door its ideal - location to disney communication , we asked for the pool to be heated and they didn't do this, they said I didn't pay for it after I was home. we sent screen shots about this as they didn't take the payment but claimed the money they took was for deposit. no apology even though they said they were looking into it . Property is in need of a bit of update and beware Neighbours dog barking all day
• Keith (8/5): great house. - great space with plenty of room and stylish furniture. the kitchen was bereft of anything, salt, pepper, dishwashing tablets, wipe down cloths etc. bath towels were adequate but not luxury, could have been bath towels size
