Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

- John Egger (6/5): satisfactory. Suited our purposes - walking distance to marina was very useful. outside area was great. TV / media was good. enclosed drying / sunroom area was good. downstairs toilet was good advised & confirmed there was no BBQ but one is provided. Bedrooms all had double beds but more single beds would have been better.
- Katie (9/5): Great location and facilities, plenty of space - Nice quiet location, plenty of space for larger family We did run out of hot water one night, there is a sign on ensuite door about this but maybe a larger hot water unit if the unit sleeps 10ppl
- Kate (8/5): Excellent area loved it & would definitely recommend & visit again - Fantastic location very close to beach & walks. Very spacious property with lots of room for a family. The air conditioning is only in two areas & it was particularly hot when we were there. It could benefit from fans in all bedrooms or ceiling fans as it was very hot at night.
