• Uyen (5/5): value for money but wont stay again. - the place is spacious too many levels and theres only 1 room in each level. Lift only go up half way. Another half have to stairs up. Old style house feel a bit cold.
• Candice (8/5): a very large apartment with lots of space and close to amenities. - The hotel is close the train station, Family Marts and shopping areas. It is also close to OCAT which makes travel to/fro Kansai airport very easy. The hotel office was kind to allow us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

• Dougal (8/5): Excellent value for money, would stay again - The location is amazing, and the entry using an automatic door with door code is so simple. Much better than keys and having to meet people. Parking is at paid parking sites nearby, which is actually pretty easy. The apartment is a single tall building with a small footprint so there's a bit of walking up and down stairs (the lift is slow), but if you don't mind a bit of exercise it's fine once you get used to it. The beds in the tatami room are very basic, but fine for a night or two. Having 6 levels to go between it can feel a bit disconnected between the different bedrooms, but for our short stay it was fine.
• MISEON (7/5): I didn’t know the password was sent by email, so I tried calling, but no one answered. If this is how the check-in proce - I found a cockroach in the room on the 6th floor, and I got bitten by mosquitoes seven times in the tatami room on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, but the bedrooms are on the 5th and 6th floors, so it was a struggle to carry our luggage upstairs. The stairs are very steep, so I wouldn't recommend this place for elderly people or families with young children.
• Yeiji (9/5): 다수의 사람이 같이 머물기에 좋아요 - 위치와 여러명이 한꺼번에 전세낸듯 같이 머물수 있는것 로비 현관문이 얇고 부실한 유리로만 되어있어 보안에 취약해보이며 문에 달려있는 커텐이 유리문 닫힐때 간섭이 생겨 유리문이 안닫기는 문제가 있었음. 커텐을 옆으로 제끼니 해결되었지만 내부가 훤히 보여 투숙객으로써 조금 불안함을 느꼈음. 그리고 샷시가 없어 밖의 대로 소리가 너무 잘들림. 폭주하는 오토바이 지나가면 시끄러움.

• Zhe (5/5): Passable - The air conditioning on the 4th and 5th floors is not cooling. The landlord said there's no problem. I also bought a thermometer to measure the temperature, in fact, when I turned the temperature to the lowest and the air volume to the maximum, it didn't cool. The accommodation experience is average in hot weather and not recommended.
• Kimika (8/5): We loved the location it was close to the trains, very convenient. It was very clean and enough space for all of us on s - I like how there were 2 bathrooms and 2 washer/dryers as there was 7 of us. The kids likes the lift the most That it said it was 3 bedrooms but there was only 2 my boys slept on the floor in the Japanese room. There were no coffee cups or knives. We didn’t like that people smoked at the front door where there was an ashtray as the smell would come into the place.
