• Martina (5/5): Mittelmäßig - Zentrale Lage, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Helle Wohnung. Wäscheständer vorhanden. Internet funktioniert gut. Föhn funktionierte hervorragend. Leider viele kleine Mängel: Fußboden abgenutzt und voller Flecken. Löcher in den Schranktüren. Ein Schrank kaum zu öffnen. Schrubber ohne Bodenlappen. Espressomaschine ohne Kaffeekapseln. WC Brille schlecht befestigt. Wände abgenutzt. Matratze viel zu weich. Keine Schutzbezüge auf den verfleckten Decken und Kissen. Bettwäsche mit schwarzen Flecken (Filzstift?). Kissenbezüge zu groß für vorhandene Kissen. Bettbezüge ohne Knöpfe oder Reißverschluss, ganz offen. Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Alle Steckdosen waren belegt. Straßenbahn- haltestelle direkt vor Gebäude, macht Lärm. Wohnung sehr heiß. Vermieter bittet per Mail darum nur Bewertungen mit 10 Punkten zu verfassen.

• Regine (6/5): Zusammengefasst eine sehr einfache, aber insgesamt eine ruhige und schöne helle Wohnung, von der aus sich viele Punkte s - Schöne, helle Wohnung mit einem Blick über Zürich aus dem fünften Stock. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Nur Kleinigkeiten, die hätten besser sein können. Der Vermieter war stets sofort hinterher, alles zu regeln. Eine sehr nette Kommunikation. Es gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, auf dem zweifachen Kochfeld mit den vorhandenen Pfannen und dem Kochtopf zeitgleich zu kochen. Besser wäre ein zusätzlich kleinerer Kochtopf, möglichst dann auch inklusive Deckel. Die im Flur eingebauten Kleiderschränke lassen sich nicht vollständig nutzen. Eine Tür lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen, was das Hinterlegen von Wäsche erschwert. Leider wurde am Abreisetag festgestellt, dass eines der Kopfkissen voller gelber Flecken ( Absonderungen des Körpers) war. Das war im Nachhinein nicht sehr angenehm. Bitte schläunigst auswechseln.
• Camila Sol (10/5): Excelente estadía Suiza - Sumamente limpio. Muy bien equipado y todos los accesorios en excelentes condiciones. El departamento es súper amplio cómodo y luminoso. Y tiene un balcón con una vista preciosa. Muy bien calefaccionado. No es recomendable para personas con dificultades físicas para llegar a pie ya que esa calle tiene empinación. Igualmente no fue nuestro caso.

• Ahmed (7/5): Studio sympa mais peut mieux faire avec quelques améliorations. - Le studio est très bien situé à proximité du centre ville. Il est baigné de soleil toute la journée. Les coussins ne sont pas confortables. Une odeur désagréable de cuisine épicée envahit tout l'immeuble. Il n'y avait ni shampoing, ni gel douche, ni savonnette.

• Marco (8/5): Zurigo: la città più cara del mondo - queste le cose positive: 1) disponibilità dell'host: è stato sempre super reattivo, nonostante i giorni di festa, nel rispondere prontamente ai messaggi e alle richieste. SEMPRE. Il signor Dimi è stata veramente una persona gentile 2) letto: molto comodo 3) temperatura stanza: confortevole (né troppo caldo, né troppo freddo) 4) dimensioni: molto spaziosa 5) dotazioni cucina e bagno: più che adeguate e più che sufficienti. Anche la lavastoviglie, non scontata affatto. 6) ho chiesto checkin posticipato di 30 minuti e mi è stato concesso 7) prezzo: Zurigo è la città più cara del mondo ormai da diversi anni ma nonostante questo il prezzo è stato MOLTO onesto queste le cose da migliorare: 1) quasi tutte le richieste che ho fatto, ahimè, non sono state soddisfatte. Ho chiesto, per la precisione, il check-out alle 10.30 invece che alle 10.00 e questo mi è stato concesso come scritto nei PRO. Di contro, ho chiesto la possibilità di un check-in anticipato, ma purtroppo non è stato possibile (alle 15:00 sono arrivato e c'era ancora la signora delle pulizie. Ho atteso 5 min e sono entrato col pavimento ancora bagnato). Ho chiesto se ci fossero capsule per il caffè vista la presenza della macchinetta e mi è stato detto che non sono previste (mio consiglio: due capsule e due bustine di tè, anche se non si è un albergo, vale la pena lasciarle come cortesie per gli ospiti perchè uno che soggiorna 2 notti non si compra un fusto di capsule per due caffè. Sarebbe una cortesia gradita che non impatterebbe sicuramente sul prezzo della camera - come invece mi è stato detto dall'host che ha giustificato questa carenza parlando di contenimento dei prezzi). Ho chiesto anche di poter riaccedere alla stanza alle 13, dopo il checkout, perchè avevo dimenticato un paio di panini per la cena in aeroporto, ma diciamo che mi è stato "sconsigliato" (della serie: provaci ma le signore potrebbero avere già pulito e, nel caso, non aprire la busta con le chiavi del prossimo ospite). Non ho tentato per rispetto, ma speravo in una "accortezza" migliore 2) la casa è in alto rispetto al centro-città quindi ci saranno degli scalini da fare per raggiungerla. In alternativa si può passare dalla strada ma si allunga parecchio 3) mettere qualche capsula di caffè per chi fa soggiorni brevi (basterebbero 2 capsule e 2 bustine di tè) 4) batterie scariche del telecomando (sembra una cavolata ma sono elementi da controllare quando si offrono delle strutture ai viaggiatori)

• Melati (10/5): Great stay. - The place is about 10 minutes uphill from Zurich main station. There are trams in front of the apartment. Very convenient to walk to the train station, Christmas markets and Zurich museum. Quite a number of halal food in the neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped for cooking. The heater works well and there’s lift to the unit. -
• Juan Agustin (10/5): Well located, very clean and very close to the historical center appartment. - Place was super clean, well located and communication was straight-forward and quick. Host is really attentive. The area is great and super quiet, plus safe as all Zurich. I would improve the bed, it was not super compfty .
• MAGLINA (6/5): Without our luggages, we could easily explore Zurich on foot! So, overall it was a pleasant stay! - Quite a nice view of Zurich town. Didnt know we had to carry our luggages up a hill and a flight of stairs at one of the streets near the apartment. Had we been informed of the hilly streets leading to the apartment, we would have booked Uber from the train station which we did for our departure for a mere CHF 5? I know this is beyond the owner’s control- the strong aromatic spices from the restaurant below can be a tad too overwhelming for our senses.

Excellent for two person To find flat key .. flat is located at one place and key need to be collected from other place from Box … it is like puzzle although staff was helping to win the puzzle

• SirAlbiez (8/5): A short climb to a nice spot in Zurich - Friendly Host and decent location. Cool view of the downtown. Not much in the immediate area, but convenient tram right outside. Clean apartment with a nice kitchen. Pillows were beyond horrible and we used our laundry instead. Very hot during the August heatwave. From Zurich HB about a 15 min walk up hill.

• Anne (10/5): - L'emplacement juste à côté d'un arrêt de tramway avec une jolie vue sur la ville. L'équipement et la fonctionnalité de l'appartement. Parfait pour un séjour à deux. La communication très fluide avec le loueur (c'était notre 2e séjour à Zurich et deux fois par le même hébergeur, aucun regret). La literie un peu trop souple
• DongKeun Ki (10/5): - Excellent location. The studio is clean and has fridge and simple cooking tools. Also the building has two laundry and dry machines that have been very useful for us.
• Theodora (10/5): - Location is close to the train station and a (big) COOP supermarket, 10 minute walking distance. There is a tram station right outside the house with frequent trams. Really clean and our host responded fast to any questions we may have had.

• Russell (5/5): Bright and not very central studio. - I guess it was OK. Just wasn’t as advertised. Definitely bright. Not what I would call central, 3 tram stops from the main station and 5 stops from the central paradeplatz. Uphill from the station. Quite well kitted out in the kitchen department, considering. There is a pay washing machine and dryer on a lower floor. Bed was very low and overly soft. Quite a hike from anywhere interesting or lively.

• Vedran (9/5): Superb - The location was superb. Short ride with the public transportation.The kitchen is well equipped, we used it everyday. The pillows were horrible, they should get another set for the people who actually use pillows. The apartment doesn't include washing machine so we had to use self service laundry that which was expensive.
• Advait (9/5): A peaceful, well-located stay with stunning views—perfect for exploring Zürich. - The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Old Town Zürich, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The house was spotless and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. It would have been thoughtful to provide drinking water bottles, especially for guests arriving after a long journey. Check-in was slightly challenging as the host was initially unresponsive, but this was a minor inconvenience given how beautiful and safe the area is. Overall, a lovely stay – highly recommended.

• Gülcan (9/5): Superb - The studio is within walking distance of the center. The public transportation stop is right in front of the house. The kitchen utensils were enough for two people. The duvet is too small for two people and the pillows are too thin. If these were fixed, it would be a more comfortable home.
• Zofia (9/5): Overall a great place to stay when in Zurich. - Location is amazing. Walking distance to the city centre. The host is very responsive and provides clear instructions. The kitchen is small but has all the utensils you need to cook a meal. It was a bit too hot for us.

The neighbors above was a bit loud, the only thing we didn't like was that issue but overall the place we've stayed was wonderful.

• David (9/5): The studio apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was well equipped. - The location of the apartment was very convenient - less than a 10 minute walk from central Zurich and the train station. Although we didn't use public transit the building is right on a tram line. There is a lovely bakery as well as a fruit and vegetable stand just up the street and a coffee shop in the building. A full grocery store is within a short walk. Nothing negative. The hostess was very cordial and helpful. The instructions for obtaining the key were clear.
