Lidia (4/5): Disappointing - The location and the building. The state of the apartment was poor. The induction stove was broken, no coffee machine and no hair dryer. The walls in all rooms were dirty with black sports. The chairs from the table also dirty with spots - disgusting to sit down ...You get one towel per person - not even a budget hotel is offering that. The photos showed in the booking are misleading - different style.

Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Great location for attending the Excel, can walk or take the bus easily. Nice surrounding neighbourhood, apartment was clean and had all I needed (cooked basic meals no problem). Easy to arrange a check in time to be shown to the apartment. Would recommend. I didn’t get phone reception (EE), the Wi-Fi is excellent though.
Sanda (10/5): Great stay in London - New apartment, very clean, good location. Good internet, youtube, netflix available on the tv. No furniture on the balcony, it would have been good to have a hair dryer and a coffee machine and also a new sponge for washing dishes.
