• Dmitrii (10/5): Красивый дом в центре Никосии. - Фотографии дома нас просто покорили - это полностью соответствовало той эстетике, в которой мы живём и привыкли отдыхать. Дом находится в центре Никосии в шаговой близости от автобусной междугородней станции и городской большой автобусной остановки. Дом очень красивый и снаружи и внутри. Здесь есть два этажа. На первом расположены 2 спальни, в каждой есть свой санузел, гостиная с обеденным столом и великолепной застеклённой рамой с дверью во внутренний дворик, где цветёт и безумно вкусно пахнет лимон. Из внутреннего дворика можно попасть на кухню. На втором этаже спальня, ещё один санузел и выход на террасу с шезлонгами и джакузи. Заселение в номер удобное бесконтактное. В доме есть всё необходимое для отдыха - оборудованная кухня с плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, чайником, кофе-машиной и холодильником. Есть вся необходимая посуда. Понравился аромат одноразовых шампуней, гелей для душа и мыла. К сожалению, нам не удалось воспользоваться джакузи, так как он был сломан. В дом могут проникать комары, так как сеток на окнах и дверях нет, так что рекомендуем ночью не открывать двери и окна. Так же я обратил внимание владельца на состояние стеклянных козырьков во внутреннем дворике. Их давно не мыли и они все загажены птичьим помётом. Это несколько нарушало общее впечатление от прекрасного дома.
• Judith (9/5): Super Location - gerne wieder! - Die Lage ist top - mitten in der Stadt, nur weinig Gehminuten vom Checkpoint Ledra entfernt und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Betten waren hervorragend, sehr gemütlich. Das Haus hat viel Charme und es ist sehr geräumig. Einzig die Küchenausstattung war sehr limitiert. Besteck und Gläser sind abgezählt, Weingläser gab es nur 3 (und diese waren unterscheidlich).
• Karoly (10/5): Kiváló helyen található, akár 6 személy elszállásolására alkalmas ingatlan. - A szállás kiváló helyen van, közel a határátkelőhelyhez, a sétáló utcához, a központhoz, autóbuszállomáshoz, szupermerkethez,.... Hatalmas felújított ingatlan, 3 hálószobával és 3 fürdőszobával, nappali étkezővel, külön konyhával. Mi 6 személlyel kényelmesen elfértünk. Kirándulási kiindulópontnak is kiváló. A házigazdával a kommunikáció rendben volt, a bejelentkezés, kijelentkezési útmutató egyértelmű. Szeretnénk máskor is itt megszállni.

• Shamima (10/5): Loved it - Very well furnished house. We loved the way that each door let to another room that you didn't know was there. The property is much bigger than you initially think and is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out. Felt like we were in a safe area. The steep stairs might not be suitable for those with mobility restrictions but there are bedrooms and a bathroom available on the ground floor, which was great. Please note the Jacuzzi is located on the rooftop, so some might find this difficult to get to via the steep stairs. There were construction works going on nearby during our stay, which we could hear early morning. This wasn't too much of an issue for us, but might be for those with very young children.

• anne (10/5): fantastisch verblijf! - Een authentiek huis met veel karakter temidden in het oude stadscentrum van Nicosia. Erg smaakvol ingericht met alle modern comfort. Veel gratis parkeergelegenheid in de nabije buurt. Het enige minpuntje? Dat we niet niet lang zijn gebleven...
• SABINE (8/5): Maison typique très joliment rénovée - la maison est grande et joliment rénovée. le jacuzzi. l'emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville et a deux pas des commercants. la cuisine très pratique. le service de WealthyStays très réactif. les lits sont un peu durs et les matelas n'amortissent pas les mouvements de la personne avec qui on dort. Le jacuzzi était vide à notre arrivée car il fallait demander à l'avance de le mettre en marche. de plus il fuyait et a innondé la chambre en dessous (heureusement inutilisée).

• fabriceverriele (9/5): Très bel hébergement - La maison est très bien aménagée, confortable, assez spacieuse. Elle est parfaitement située pour visiter Nicosie en plein centre-ville. On peut aller dîner à pied en 3 minutes. Il manquait quelques petites fournitures, et il était impossible de brancher la bouilloire et le fer à repasser malgré l'adaptateur de prise.
• Fran (10/5): Lovely refurbished traditional Cyprus house in the middle of everything. - Location couldn’t be more convenient in the centre of old town. Noise was fine despite of this. Everything’s been done to a lovely, high spec. 2 sets of keys would have been better for the amount of people, especially as the doors self close.

• Sophie (10/5): Une adresse confortable à Nicosie ! - L'emplacement au coeur de la ville de Nicosie était très pratique. Des travaux dans la maison voisine nous ont réveillés tôt.
• Patricia (8/5): Very good - The bedrooms are really good, the bathrooms clean and updated and the kitchen out the back was wonderful. The drain pipe in the downstairs bathroom backed up.... into the shower. The plumber couldn't come until the day we checked out, so that left us with four people taking turns in the shower upstairs. Demetris offered to put us up in another property, but we stayed since we were leaving the next morning.

• Dusica (10/5): Exceptional - House has perfect location. It is in the old town and very close to new part. There are three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two bathroms, atrium and terrace with jacuzzi and umbrelas. We enjoyed our stay.

• James (9/5): Fantastic house. Great location. Responsive hosts to a problem - Centrally located, easy walking distance of everything. Wifi good. Lovely courtyard garden although you can’t eat outside as too small. Hot tub good once you’ve worked out the instructions. Sparsely equipped kitchen. No chopping board and only two poor knives. We had a problem with the kitchen sink but the hosts responsive. Google maps will take you down a a blocked road. We parked and walked and then found a what three words for the top of the road below the road block. Better directions would have been good. But is a fantastic property

• Elena (10/5): Wonderful. Everything you could possibly need! Highly recommend! - The property was in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go both within the walls and outside. Although it is very near Ledras it was also very quiet and we were not disturbed at all by noise. The property itself is finished to a very high standard. Everything was extremely clean and the facilities within the property were excellent. Would highly recommend. The internet was temporary when we stayed and a bit sketchy the second day. This did not change out high regard for the property.
