Niggli (8/5): Perfect safe space to discover Medellín. - Amazing view, very nice neighborhood, comfortably spacious and bright room, great laundry facility, very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen equipment was minimal. Nowhere to hang clothes or towels or jackets in the rooms (could use some hooks or coat hangers). Water temperature is a bit erratic (sometimes no hot water for a long time or at all - probably due to the fact that it‘s on the 7th floor).

Andrew OC (9/5): Un buen lugar para descansar y sentirse cómodo - La atención y el servicio de Juan y Cindy son muy destacables. Muy atentos a que todo funcionara correctamente ya que implementan sistemas automatizados, pero no son complejos de manejar. Adicional, Cindy te llama y te acompaña en las instrucciones para que todo funcione bien. Aunque se presentó un inconveniente debido a que Booking generó una reserva de una habitación diferente a la elegida, Juan y Cindy lo resolvieron de forma muy rápida y satisfactoria, incluso con opción de cancelar si no me sentía a gusto con la solución propuesta. La habitación es cómoda, amplia, todos los implementos funcionaban correctamente, el sistema de la bañera funciona muy bien y todo se encontraba muy limpio. El check out es algo temprano para mi gusto jaja pero no es algo que genere un malestar o inconveniente realmente notable.

Un edificio muy bonito, el apartamento que nos toco tenía una vista impresionante a una parte de la ciudad, muy limpio, la cocina muy equipada, la entrada y salida es independiente, te brindan código de acceso o una tarjeta. Sloot (8/5): - I liked the location and everything the room comes with. Also the guy who works for them did his best to help us if there where issues. Our roof was leaking and it took them 2 days to send someone to check it. The wifi speed could definitely improve.

rodriguez (8/5): - El espacio es muy limpio las habitaciones cómodas la cama y está muy bien equipada y espaciosa muy tranquilo es muy central para todo No me gustó que las toallas no se veían limpias estaban muy amarillas y habían partes sucias es muy importante que las laven bien porque sentía asco al secarme y también no me gustó que no hubiera una persona ahí para resolver algún inconveniente como por ejemplo la fallas de las tarjetas para ingresar al cuarto y al ascensor

Yeny Carolina (8/5): - Las instalaciones bien, todo limpio, la ubicación excelente. La amabilidad de la gente. Sólo el chico que se encarga de atenderlo a uno es muy gentil. Las otras personas como la señora del aseo, la administradora y una señora que estaba cuando llegamos no fueron nada atentas. Se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en el edificio. No hay buen insonorizacion en la habitación.
