• DIANA (4/5): - Close to shinagawa (one stop away) nice restaurants around The train tracks are just on the other side of the street which means you hear every single train that passes. There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. The kitchen didn't have the supplies shown in the pictures so we basically couldn't cook. The shower room was a bit dirty and the sewer in the room where the washing machine is smelled really bad so we had to keep the door close all the time.
• Mohammed (9/5): Money saving and very well maintained property - It is very close to the train station. Very comvenient when some one goes to Japan and want to use the train. I was there fom Aus. The train station just on the other side of the building. Properly has got all the facilities you need for a family. it is very well maintained, free internet and money saving one bed room ensuit apartment, very neat and clean, very responsive cusotmer service. I recommend any one to book this properly much better than staying in big hotels. Property has got regular cleaners and property manager and very well looked after. Thank you

• Yukari (7/5): - 駅から近かった。 お風呂に椅子と洗面器があればよかった。 脱衣場のところが下水？臭くて、ドアを開けるたびにニオイが部屋に来るのでどうにかできたらいいかなっと思いました。

• Cillín (8/5): Easy, clean and does the job - Nice room, comfy beds, toilet and shower were clean and well maintained room doesn’t have much lounging area due to 2 beds on floor and sofa acting as bed. not necessary the rooms faults but good to keep in mind when travelling in a group
• Robert (6/5): Good value for money and good location for young travelers. - It's right across the street from Samezu Station. Very convenient, but you have to know to get on the local train from Shinagawa. Under the station there is a decent Chinese restaurant. Get the gyoza teishoku. 9 big gyoza, soup, pickles, and rice for ¥850! The tomato soup was good, too. There is also a Mickey D's (24hours) where you can get breakfast. A bit noisy due to the roadway, but not unbearable. Beds were okay if you put the extra pad under the futon. Nice toilet and bath. Internet worked well. No elevator! So be young and/or strong, or leave your luggage at home. Ha, ha.
