• Otman (5/5): - C'est le pire check-in que j'ai fait au lieu d'aller directement à l'appartement j'ai étais obligé d'aller jusqu'à leur bureau pour m'envoyer les clés digital par whatsapp et après pour aller à l'appartement il faut marcher 20 min parce que ya pas de moyen de transport entre le bureau et l'appartement avec les valises et ma femme enceinte c'est l'enfer et les gérants cherchent à gratté de l argent avec n'importe quel moyens check-in autonome à partir de 21h 50€ de plus check-in avant 15h 15 € l'heure et tout ça n'a pas indiqué dans l annonce avant la réservation
• Sandra (7/5): Calidad-precio correcta - El apartamento tiene dos espacios diferenciados más el baño. Las habitaciones son amplias. El sofá cama es amplio y cómodo para dos personas. Esta limpio y decorado de forma agradable y tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. Y el edificio es tranquilo. A 9 minutos de la estación de metro Rovereto, que es la línea que va directa al Duomo (entre otros). La persona que nos atendió en el check-in fue muy amable y nos facilito una web para buscar un aparcamiento adecuado. Y las instrucciones de acceso son muy claras, vienen incluso con vídeos (para localizar el sótano y explicar como utilizar el sistema de acceso). El apartamento es un sótano, hay ventanas pero no se pueden abrir porque están a la altura del techo. Lo que hace difícil ventilar y tiene un cierto olor a humedad al entrar, que una vez dentro no es grave. El check-in lo tienes que hacer en unas oficinas a 5 minutos en coche del apartamento. Si vas andando y con maletas este aspecto es molesto. Para mi gusto el horario del check-in es un poco restrictivo. Te envían un mensaje previo que si quieres poder hacerlo antes, puedes hacerlo pagando 15€ y si llegas más tarde de las 21h tienes que pagar 50€. Al final resulta que no hay llaves, el acceso es digital y los datos de acceso te los envían (cuando están delante tuyo de forma presencial) por whatsApp, en cuanto has pagado las tasas online. Es decir, que el check-in se podría realizar de forma digital evitando este desplazamiento y ajustarte a este horario.

• Magdalena (8/5): - Location was great, staff (Jaki) was really helpful and nice, the apartment had everything needed, coffee, kitchen and bathroom supplies, extra bedsheets and air conditioning. The flat wasn’t exactly clean. Hair, dirt and cockroaches. It was really loud all night (every night) from outside and from the neighbours.

• Puneet (1/5): Negative worth to money. - Bathroom facility was good only. 1. Check-in time till 9 pm but reception guy keep calling us repeatedly to come and check-in soon so that they can be off shit. I don't mind but when we found issue in the stay, support was disgusting. 2. When you open the sofa bed, it was dirty. We had to clean, then put the linen. 3. For 2 beds, there was only one blanket & they kept saying we have given sheets. They don't know the difference. 4. We wouldn't have asked for second blanket but their second window lock was broken(attaching pic, one window closed and second open), it won't close, so you will sleep in cold on one bed. 5. For 4 people, in the name of kitchen, they have provided only 3 glasses and very minimal cutlery. No electric kettle or any basic things were there. 6. It's underground, and ceiling roof is so thin that you hear walking and talking sounds whole night. 7. Very disgusting customer service, they asked for WhatsApp number & kept calling because wanted extra money if I even self check-in after 9:30. Once check-in done, zero liability or responsibility.
• Yassine (2/5): Ants on the kitchen and cockroaches on the floor. Enjoy :) - The only good thing was the location of the apartment. The kitchen was equipped with mostly the basics. The apartment was in a cave, the AC was not working, and the floor wasn't clean enough. It was full of ants and cockroaches. I left some biscuits on the counter, and the following day, I found an anthill that was disgusting. For 100€ a night, there were no sheets to change, nor enough soap for showering and washing hands. I do not recommend this place. Many costs less and are more clean.
• Arianna (10/5): Exceptional! - The bed was very comfortable, the place was clean and everything went really well! The metro station was pretty close to the apartment and at night it was quiet. The host was responsive and really helpful.
• Nojus (1/5): Terrible!!! - Literally nothing First of all, when we came to the property we saw that the place was not cleaned before us coming, that means that we found dirty used towels all over the place, the bed that we had to sleep in was all over the place, the sheets were used. On our arival we had to put the sheets and the towels in the washing mashine… The floors were so dirty, the streets of Milan are probably more clean then in the apartament. By the way the toilet was not even flushed, we saw urine in it. The sink had so much hair inside, female hair was all over the place and in the bed. On the second to last day of the visit the electricity went out for a few hours. Also nobody responded to any of my messages and nobody said a word, terrible service from the host. And the host sent me a auto message to give him a good review…. Never had such an experience ever in my life. Oh and the walls are made of paper, you will hear everything going out outside and you will definitely hear every sentance that the neighbours say.
